~Ninjutsu~

Chakra Sutoringu
(Chakra Strings) This technique requires strings that are able to be controled by running chakra up and down the string. While no complete control over the strings can be made, the strings can easily be manipulated for some purpose. This technique is very chakra draining, and is hard to control for too long. (Genin) (Chakra Cost: High)

Sumoggu
(Smog) By concentrating chakra in the lungs, the user is able to convert their breath into a smoke that can conver a large area is held enough. The smoke is hard to breath and see in for both the user and the opponent. (Genin) (Chakra Cost: Very Low)

Senkou Tonsou
(Flash Escape) A smoke or flash bomb must be used while the ninja forms a handseal to jump away at a great speed away from battle. This technique isn't effective for hiding in battle due to lack of control, but it works great in escaping battle. (Genin) (Chakra Cost: Low)

Shuriken Dekata
(Projectile Reflex) After performing a quick handseal, the user is able to use a tool to block a series of projectiles from hitting them. This technique only works for defending against projectiles and not suitable for any other type of defense. (Genin) (Chakra Cost: Very Low)

Derishasu Jutsu
(Delicious Technique) After performing this technique, all things taste delicious in the user's mind. (Genin) (Chakra Cost: Very Low)

~Ninjutsu~

Buki Fecchi
(Weapon Retrival) By holding a hand seal the ninja is able to use chakra to cause scattered weapons to move toward the ninja. Only one weapon can be retrived at a time, and the weapon must be on the ground and in easy access to the opponent. (Chuunin) (Chakra Cost: Low)

Buki Bu-meran Tounyuu
(Weapon Boomerang Throw) By using chakra to make a spin throw, a ninja is able to throw a weapon (requires spin), that returns to the user after going a certain distance. Objects that are deflected do not return to the user. (Chuunin) (Chakra Cost: Very Low)

Kadai Shikaruni
(Stand Still) A powerful technique that plants the user's feet in the ground so the user can withstand any attack that comes at them without falling back. This does not improve the user's defenses. (Chuunin) (Chakra Cost: Medium to High)

~Genjutsu~

Yogen Zetsumei
(Prophecy of Death)
For this technique to take effect, a ninja must be audible to his intended target. He forms the correct handseals, then informs the target that he is going to die. The technique has no apparent effect at first and the target may remain unaware that he has been affected. However, the technique slowly affects his subconscious, creating a growing feeling of impending doom. The technique takes full effect next time the victim is targeted by an attack that has a good chance of killing him. The technique causes a very realistic vision of the attack being successful, causing the target to freeze in terror for a second, creating an opening, which can indeed result in death.
