Shiny Gold

I've recently stumbled upon a ROM Hack of Fire Red, called Shiny Gold. So far, it's pretty good! And challenging!

Here's my team so far:

Location: Just exited Ilex Forest

Quilava Lv20
Nosepass Lv21
Bellsprout Lv19


Yeah, there are Hoenn Pokemon in this game. And there's a LOT of changes:

~ As you leave New Bark Town to see Mr. Pokemon, a Trainer named Carlos battles you with a Lv5 Slowpoke.
~ Your Rival starts off with a Lv8 Starter!
~ Levels are boosted for all Trainers!
~ You get an Amulet Coin from your Mom at the beginning of the game!
~ As you enter Violet City Gym, you battle Carlos again. This time, he has a Lv13 Duskull and Lv13 Slowpoke.
~ Falkner has a Lv16 Hoothoot and Lv18 Pidgeotto!
~ Dark Cave is a lot different map-wise. Inside, I was able to get a Great Ball and battle a Trainer with a Lv20 Nosepass. Beating him got you TM04 Rollout!
~ Wild Mudkip are in Union Cave at Lv1!?
~ You can battle Carlos at the Azalea City Gym in a Double Battle. His Pokemon are at Lv20 this time!
~ Bugsy had a Lv20 Butterfree, Lv20 Beautifly, and Lv24 Scyther!
~ Your Rival has a Lv20 Sableye, Lv20 Nidoran (M), and Lv22 Starter!


This game is tough, I'll tell ya.

~ Whitney has a Lv24 Clefairy and Lv26 Miltank!
~ As you enter the National Park, you run into a trainer named Ard, who battles you with a Lv25 Butterfree.
~ Outside Burned Tower, Cool Couple Dante and Rina battle you in a Double Battle with Lv24 Volbeat and Illumise.
~ Rival Battle in Burned Tower was Lv25 Sableye, Lv28 Starter, Lv25 Eevee, Lv26 Nidoking.
~ Morty has Lv26 Gastly, Lv28 Haunter, Lv30 Sableye, Lv33 Gengar.
~ As you leave Ecruteak City Gym, Carlos battles you with Lv29 Machoke, Lv32 Slowking, and Lv32 Duskull.
~ A trainer outside Cianwood City Gym blocks your path into the gym. She has a Lv25 Metang.
~ Chuck has Lv33 Hariyama and Lv35 Poliwrath.
~ The trainer from before is Chuck's niece, Amelia.
~ Jasmine has Lv32 Magneton, Lv35 Lairon, and Lv40 Steelix!
~ The Gym Leaders LOVE to spam Double Team and Minimize. It's frustrating!
~ Ran into Ard on Route 43. He had Lv32 Butterfree and Masquerain.
~ Ran into Dante and Rina at Lake of Rage. No battle.
~ Ran into Amelia in Mahogany Town after getting Red Gyarados. She gave me a few items.
~ Had to do a Double Battle in the TR Hideout against Jess and Jamie. They used Lv30 Ekans and Koffing. Hmm....
~ Lance gave me a Clamperl. So THAT'S how I get into Whirl Islands...
~ Pryce has Lv42 Glalie, Lv43 Piloswine, Lv40 Dewgong!

~ Time to battle Clair. She's got Lv51 Dragonair, Lv52 Shelgon, Lv53 Kingdra, Lv53 Flygon. Talk about being underleveled...
~ Amelia's outside Tohjo Falls: Lv43 Metang, Lv43 Gengar, Lv43 Gardevoir.
~ An NPC stole my badges outside Victory Road! She has a Lv60 Pikachu. Appears that he name's Ashlee.

Does this work for NDS emulators?

I'd assume it would if it fully emulates a DS, GBA compatability and all.
