College

Just figured, y'know, almost everyone's in college now, or will be in a couple days, so I figured we needed a spot to talk. Talk about cool stuff around our campuses, news about classes, a place to vent when times are hard... So to start things off, since I'm bored and have yet to enter college experiences...

Hazel has become a party animal and all Misti seems to do is random leaps and backflips into dozens of beanbag chairs...

That's all I had to say so far. More later once I move into the dorms tomorrow...

I have not become a party animal it was one dance and that's it. the other wasn't really even a party... just me sitting at one of my roommate's friends houses watching "Men in Tights" a movie I've seen a zillion times. And feeling like a fifth wheel because I wasn't connecting with anyone in that group... not to mention I was the youngest there... something we all know that I have no experience with

I already have homework for my classes... and I've only had four of them. So beware all of you who have yet to go through this: do homework as soon as possible!

And to Chase or who ever needs to know this, in order to make friends in the dorms, try sitting in the common areas, they turn into large gatherings of people. And it's a good place to meet friends.

Well it's one thirty in the morning and I've been up since seven yesterday, with only a one hour nap in between. Can we say I'm exhausted? I think so. (laughs) ok, night anyone who is reading this before the sun rises ^^

Homework.. already?! *squeaky voice* AHHHHH!! So, Chase and I start in 2 days... holy crap! It seemed like it was only yesterday when going to school meant naptime and recess.. *sigh*... now its more like forget sleeping... and eating...

Birdy it's not that bad. You'll have plenty of down time... I have at least, I just also have a bunch of homework, but as long as you keep up with it and try not to procrastinate very much you'll be fine.

First day of classes!

Yay!! My only Monday class starts in 2 minutes with an absent teacher... Its rather cold down here... in the basement... underground... no windows...

Sounds like you had a good day. Lucky you, one of your art classes was cancelled... blah...

My only class today was in Nichols Hall. Tiny building in the midst of bigger buildings. Cant miss it tho. Looks like a castle. But anyway, i walked around the union to it when there was a path directly to it behind the beach museum... UGH! That made me mad but i never have to go to that class again until September 15 for the final. (this class is only 4 weeks long, go me!)

WARNING! RANT!
Ok, this book is driving me crazy!!! I know what I'm doing but it's sooooo looooong!!!
for those of you who don't know what I'm talking about (though I'm betting I've told you all) I'm doing a thing on the Gestalt Principals... which is pretty much point placement.... and pointless. If you're really curious as to what I'm talking about and want to be confused out of your mind feel free to ask and I'll send you the pages I'm working on.

I got the original assignment back and apparently didn't understand one of the principals... so now I'm confused out of my skull and don't know what to do for the book if I don't "understand" it. -growls- I don't want to do it!!!!...

...I'm betting that I'll see this in the future and will laugh because this will be one of the easiest assignments for this class!!!!!

So nobody's talking anymore... What's up with that? Anyway, how's college going, peoples?
For me, it's late nights that don't involve homework, and simultaneously worrying about getting homework done. Oh well, I don't think I need a perfect grade in Age of Dinosaurs to be a photographer...
