School can be so annoying! I stayed up later than usual last night just to finish a project for my History class, and then I end up not having to present today. Gah, I was so annoyed, yet relieved in a way, because I'm not much of a public speaker. Anyway, my topic was the Marshall Plan, and there's not really much information on that...The worst news is, we have to have 8 minute presentations, and that's just rude...

I posted this story on my friends site. It's the origin of why some people call her Satan of the Crawdads, written by me. I just had to share it...

There once was a girl. She and this other girl were friends, and they enjoyed picking on each other. It's what they do. One day, the one girl says to the other girl, "I'm gonna call you Satan!" so then the other girl was sad. Then she went to Biology class and dissected a crawdad, which was actually a crayfish, which may or may not be another name for crawdad. Anyway, later the other girl says, "Now you're Satan of the Crawdads." And the other other girl was sad again. Then I went and called her Vampire Crawdad, and we all lived happily up to this point in time...THE END!

Long time, no Journal entry. Well, not much is new. Only a day and a half of school left. YAY! And while we're on the topic of last days of school...I hate the exam schedule! Mostly it's the lunch that annoys me. The entire school has lunch at the same time! In the cafeteria that has 2 lunch waves, try having the entrie Freshman class in there at once! I think they're planning to change it back to 2 waves tomorrow. Apparently they frown upon food fights here.

Another thing about exam schedule is that the teachers give us our exams a week early in order to 'ease the stress' of exam time. But by the time exam days come, we've already taken all our tests! (Ok, so I have one test tomorrow). Ya, well. I'm done...C'ya.

Yay! Last day of school! Finally! We got out at 11:05, which was good. But my mom doesn't get off of work until 6:00, which is bad. But I have a volunteer job as the zoo, which is good. The zoo closes at 5:00, which is bad...But anyways, I spent about 4 and a half hours at the zoo today. I did some random things, from rescuing the Silke Bantam chicken (named Silke) from the rain, creating an activity for the new crow (named Poe), and finishing up a poster for a parade. Oh! I also got to count mealworms for the bats, which is a funner activity than it sounds. When you work with the mealworms, they've been in the fridge for a while, so they slowly come back to life. It's like a cryogenics thing. So that was fun. Oh, the other day I tried some Pocky, which is very good, like my friend Tripp says. And that's all I got's to say for now...I'm gonna go play some Kirby: Air Ride, I guess...

Today is my first official day of summer. The weekend doesn't count, cause it's a weekend. Yesterday doesn't count, either, cause even if school was in session, we'd have been out of school anyway...

So, yesterday I worked at the zoo. I did lots of stuff, which was fun. I started my day by helping to set up for the event known as 'Zoobilation.' During set-up my khaki pants got muddy, but that was ok, cause I didn't care. Afterwards, I had a quick lunch break around 11:30, and then went and stood in the middle of Australia while it was raining (Yeah, that sounds weird. I'll let you figure it out for yourselves). I stood there for about an hour in the rain to present a program, and since not many people were showing up, I was recruited to help out with other zoo activities. So I cleaned that up, and then went to help present some animals. I got to hold a blue-tounged skink, which was cool. I got to hold the skink for most of the day, so we bonded...I bonded with a skink...Neat-o! (By the way, a blue-tounged skink is a lizard) Before the end of the day, I did one last thing. It was somewhat embarassing, but I don't care. I had fun, and I'm not going to share it, anyway... If you really want to know, you'd have to contact someone who works at the zoo regularly. They know that I did it...And on I final note, I reached my required 20 hours for the year. So that's all for today. If you ever have an opportunity to volunteer at your local zoo, go for it. I've had a lot of fun in the last few months...

Ah, finally some down time...Yesterday was horrible! There was a storm most of the day, which included thunder and lightning. Worst of all, I had to go to the school to finish up my Driver's Ed driving and had to sit in the car for three hours...I would've prefered to not go, but it was my last lesson, and I wanted to finish up...On the plus side, I got all A's on my report card this semester...As well as all A's for the entire year! First time that's ever happened...

Today Manhattan celebrated it's 150th birthday and there was a parade and everything. The parade was good, the weather was good, so it was good, I guess. Later when events started up, we took our two dogs out with us. But of course, today it's going to be nice and humid, due to yesterday's rain, as well as the rain that has plagued us for the past week...So anyway...Yeah...Bye.

Oh, look. It's hailing outside. Whee.

Mmn, not much else to say today 'cept I'm bored. Bored, bored, bored. Tripp and Henry may be able to go to Taco Bell whenever they feel like it, but I'm stuck on a military base in Kansas at home, where I got to watch a puppy to make sure she doesn't pee everywhere...Myep. Summer fun. I am going to my grandmother's house next week, so that'll be fun. Myep. Summer fun. I'll be gone for about a week, but I should be able to keep up with posting...Well, that's it.

Hmm...not much. I went to the mall today, and they finally opened Hot Topic. YESH! So happy I am! The perfect place for Zim-ish stuff! I hadn't been to the mall since school's been out, so I was glad to find it open! I went to the bookstore, too, cause I found out that books 2 and 3 of 'The Wereling' are supposedly out, but I couldn't find them. Ah, well. That money is going towards the LEGO Star Wars Game, anyways.

I've also almost read 1000 pages for the library reading program. Today I got my 500 page prize, a small metal knight. He's neat. For those who don't know, the theme for the reading program is 'Joust Read,' like medieval stuff. At the end of July they're supposed to have a Renaissance Festaval, and that should (hopefully) be fun.

Well, tomorrow morning I leave to visit my family back in my hometown. I won't be able to post as much, but I'll still have access to a computer occasionally, so I'll still be in touch. I just won't be as postal as usual (he he). I should be back home on Tuesday, next week, I believe...So there. BLAH!

Ah, back in my own domain. I am happy! I had a good time back home. I spent alot of time playing with my uncle's yellow lab puppy, Morgen, who is full of energy. I got an old shirt and stuffed it over his head, and he couldn't walk straight. He seemed to be having fun, but it's not certain...I also got lots of neat stuff: A painting of a wolf and indian (I'll have to show you, it's too obtuse for meer words), a wolf plushie, a new art binder (it roks!), a book on saving the wolves, which came with a wolf necklace, and I also got a little silver whistle. Oh, I also got my own swimming pool! It was like, $120 cheaper than the ones here, but the same kind. So, I got a pool...Myep. Ok, I'll talk later...

I also got some cool shirts. My favorite one says "BOMB SQUAD: If you see me running, try and keep up." Then there's the actual 'Life Guard' tank-top, which I will use with my new pool, and a Batman & Robin t-shirt...I still like my BOMB SQUAD shirt the best, though...

I got LEGO Star Wars yesterday for my computer! I had been playing the demo repeatedly, even though it was only one level. Anyway, the game rocks! LEGO Yoda is very cool, cause when he walks, he's all slow and stuff, but if you activate his lightsaber, he all flippin' around and slashin' people into bricks! And then there's also General Grievous. His LEGO character puts his movie character to shame...Best part: You get to use all four sabers! It's an easy game, but so fun! And there are a whole lot of characters, and you can get them in different forms. Padme' comes in about 4 different forms, and you get Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker as they are in each of the three episodes, etc...So anyway, those of you reading this, I suggest LEGO Star Wars, if you're into it...If not, I still suggest it. Wow, it's been a while since I wrote in this journal. I've been spending alot of time on deviantART, and using that journal...So, I'll fill you in on some stuff.

Last week, I got my shot that I needed, so I can register for school this year. Then on Sunday, as most of you know, my internet was down. I was internet deprived until Tuesday. So sad. On Wednesday I went to the dentist, got my teeth all nice and shiny!! And on Friday I finished Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Such a sad ending. I never expected how it all happened. If you've read the book, you understand.

Yesterday I did some work up at the zoo. Wasn't bad. 'Cept for the 104 degree weather!! Sitting outside for a couple of hours and only seeing about 10 people wasn't how I was hoping it was gonna go, but you can't win 'em all, I guess.

Lately I just can't stop drawing, so I'll let you know about some current projects and some other art stuff...

What is with these people? For a few years now some people have been suggesting that I join a school wrestling team. First it was one of my babysitters back when I was younger. Last year it was the school counseler during registration. And today. Of all people...It was the woman cutting my hair. Is this some sort of sign, or something? Am I supposed to join the wrestling team? Bah. But then again, school wrestling has been a major part of a few werewolf movies...Like in 'Teen Wolf' or maybe it was 'Teen Wolf Too' and also in the latest were movie, 'Cursed.' I dunno. I'll think about it for the next few weeks...

In other news, I just got back from the fair that's in town. We saw pigs, cows, goats, sheep, bunnies, and chickens!! Then we got hot dogs and nachos for supper (Kinda ironic, seeing pigs and then going to eat hot dogs, huh?). After that we went to watch the rodeo...It lasted two and a half hours. Anyways, it was done at 10:30, so we went and grabbed some cotton candy and popcorn and headed home. We didn't ride any of the rides, sadly. But, we're gonna go back tomorrow to do just that! If you live in or near Manhattan, be sure to go to the fair tomorrow, cause I think it's the last day...

Woo, long time since last entry. Well, that'll give me plenty to talk about then...maybe. Well, school starts in a couple of days, so that means that I'll be online less, as will most of the members on this site. I'm kinda looking forward to school, cause I need socialization!! GAH! Do you know what it's like to live in a neighborhood where all the kids are 10 years younger than you? There were a couple of weeks where I had someone to hang out with, cause he was here visiting his dad. But he left, and I've been quite lonely ever since...

In other news, I'm working on the script for 'Wolf Moon.' I've got the first four pages written. Some bad news, though, is that I've already got an idea for a sequel. I always do this when I try and create something! I havn't even created a title page yet and I'm already thinking of the next one. Well, anyway, it's gonna be called 'Twilight Wolves,' for anyone who cares to know. I thought of the name when we were talking about cabin names at CampHyrule. It got alot of support, but apparently the name was already chosen earlier. We're called Ninten0wn3d or something...Stupid name. So, since we weren't gonna use my name, it led to the brainstorming of comic #2...

I've recently become addicted to MapleStory, an online RPG. It's free and quite fun. I just made it to the rank of 'wizard' this morning. If anyone joins (please do), my character name is Kaelyth, and I usually go to Realm 11. Look me up!

School-Day 1:
I awoke several hours earlier than I would on a summer day. It was the day that many look forward to, yet fear at the same time. It was...THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!!! *lights flicker on and off*

Anyway, today was the first day of school, if you have guessed already. It was ok. I saw alot of my friends, met new teachers. Now when does it end? I kid, I kid. But seriously. I'm gonna give you an over-view of all my teachers...

Hour 1 - Rec/Life (aka. GYM) - Mr. Andrade: He seems like a nice guy, but not the kinda person you'd expect to be teaching a gym class.
Hour 2 - Chemistry - Mr. Schwandt: He, too, seems nice. But, he's also the one who gave out the first homework of the year.
Hour 3 - Adv. Eng. 10 - Mr. Ficke: By far, my favorite teacher. He's very funny and seems to have the same attitude as most of the students.
Hour 4 - Comp. App. - Mrs. Ricketts: Also nice. This is where I had my first mess up of the day, cause I accidently went into the wrong class.
Hour 5 - Ceramics 1 - Mrs. Tyson: I'm not entirely sure about this teacher. She seems nice, but I was kinda tired and bored in her class. I'll blame it on my lack of energy...for now.
Hour 6 - Algebra 2 - Mr. Kujawa (pronounced 'ki-awa'): Once again, seems nice. But, it's only the first day...Same kinda goes for the rest of the teachers, too, I guess.
Hour 7 - Hunter Safety - Mr. Harper: He seems nice, just like everyone else. But he's not a very exciting teacher...

So, those are my views so far. But, like I said, it's only the first day. These views may change...That is all.

So...school's been in session for a few days now...whee. Basic rundown:

My mom makes me drive to school in the morning. I sit at school about an hour before it starts, usually hanging out in the library. I go to gym class where so far we've played some volleyball and now playing kickball. Next is Chemistry, where we're finally getting to the lab. Today we got to use the burner! GLEE! English is still my favorite class so far, and we started 'Lord of the Flies' today. Before lunch I have Computer Applications, which is boring cause all we've done so far is...boring stuff. Then there's lunch. During lunch we get to wander the halls, unlike lastyear. Pfft. Freshmen. Lunch topics include: Guinea pigs stealing shoe-laces, and sticking Cheetoes in my ear. After lunch is Ceramics, which is so far boring cause we've spent the entire week in the library doing research on clay. Woo. Followed by Algebra 2, which is going good, cause I finish most of my work in class. Last is Hunter Safety, which hopefully will start picking up, since I finally got my arrows assembled today...

Anyway, that's the news...Not much else going on...I'll try and keep 'ya updated...G'dbye...

I havn't written in my joural for over a month!! Not here, anyway. Most of my journals are on deviantART.

Anyway, let's see what I have to say...Okay, well, I've gotten some of my werewolf costume supplies collected, and I'm ready to start making my costume. Halloween will be so fun!

In school, I'm doing pretty good, all A's and B's. The only class I'm not really sure whether I like it or not is Hunter Safety, because the grading in that class is so strict.

I've also gotten alot of stuff done for Wolf Moon, script wise, anyway. Now if only I didn't spend so much time online, I could actually get it drawn...

I rented 'Mario Superstar Baseball' yesterday. It's bad enough I can't play real baseball very good, but I can't even play baseball on a video game! And what's up with Mario and all these sports? He's been a tennis player, a racer, a soccer player (havn't played that one yet), and a baseball player. What have I missed? Oh, he's also appeared in that one basketball game, right?

Well, long time for me to not write here...Anyway, I just turned 16 on Monday, so yay me!! I got an iPod, lots of cash, and then spent most of it in Hot Topic at the mall...But the real reason I'm posting is for the following:

Winter Break, Day 1

So, today is the first day of winter break. And ya wanna know what? It sucked...

Exhibit A: My TV is dead (as is my parents). This leaves our family with only 1 tv, which my mom gets priority over...Now, I wouldn't mind not having tv that much if it wasn't for the fact that I've been playing video games and have been online all day, and now all I want to do is watch some cartoons or something...Moving on...

Exhibit B: Dog vomit... Nuff said.

Exhibit C: First my Uncle Dustin cancelled visiting for Christmas because he couldn't get extra time off to travel down. Then my other Uncle cancelled, I don't really know why. And today, my grandparents cancelled as well. So now it's just me and my mom and the dogs for Christmas. I had been looking forward to some time with the family, but then they all go and cancel. Why did they have to live 10-11 hours away!?

It's been about 5-6 months since last entry. Wow. Anywho...Yeah, I'm in summer vacation now, but I'm sure most of you know that from talking with me elsewhere, or having gone to my school. I was reading through my older journals, and I decided I wanted to write an overview about this school year. Here's something I've written earlier, at the beginning of the school year.

Now to conclude with final opinions:
Hour 1:
Mr. Andrade was a nice guy. I might take his class again in the future. I only had him for one semester.
In second semester, I had Zoology, so I had a new teacher, Mr. Jody Hadachek. His class was dull at first, probably just because it was the first class of the day. But I enjoyed his class overall, once we started up. We had some fun projects where we got to draw, and we played games in his class, too.
Hour 2:
I had Mr. Schwandt all year. He was a pretty cool teacher, and he was always purposefully cracking lame jokes. I'll definitly visit him next year. He was gone the last few weeks of school, though, because his wife was ill and in the hospital. I don't know how she's doing...
Hour 3:
Mr. Ficke I had all year, too. I still think he's probably my favorite teacher. I don't like how he grades, but his personality is what makes you like him.
Hour 4:
Mr. Ricketts wasn't my most interesting teacher. That's all I have to say, except that she was nice.
Second semester I had Mrs. York for Webpage design. She was a good teacher, and I liked the class. If we finished early, we got to play video games. I played Tetris 3 days straight once, because I finished early.
Hour 5:
I had Mrs. Tyson all year, only in second semester she was my 7th hour teacher. She's one of my other favorite teachers, and really nice.
Second semester 5th hour I had Mr. McKinney, for Psychology. I liked the class, but he wasn't very interesting.
Hour 6:
I had Mr. Kujawa for both semesters as well. I like him, too. He's a nice guy, and a great teacher. Anyone who takes Algebra 2 next year at my school should hope to get him.
Hour 7:
Mr. Harper from 1st semester wasn't my favorite teacher. I dunno why. He was a nice guy, and it was a fun class. I think it might be how he gave tests. We didn't review until after the test, which didn't make sense. I dunno...


So there's my review for this year. Two months and it'll all start over again...

Wow, so it's been almost a year since my last journal entry here. I really don't have much to say right now, though, 'cept that I'm ready for school to finish for the year, and that I get to go to Worlds of Fun tomorrow...
