Just a bit earlier than Mighty Max, Monster in My Pocket was my favorite childhood toy series. I had all of them at various points in my life, and still have a huge bucket full to this day (though only a few of them are from the first set I got when I was, like, 5 years old). They were just such a huge part of my childhood and I attribute my love for mythology and folklore to these toys. Does anyone else remember these or have such a fondness for them like I do? If so, what were some of your favorite monsters?

Yes, I had the whole set of the 2006-2007 revival series which came with some cards that tried to be a trading card game (TCG) but were not any good. The figurines were cool though. But I don't have any of the older figurines, the ones with one colour.

Can you upload your MIMP collection photo somewhere that will show up?

I actually don't have a picture of my collection, but I'll take one soon! smile.gif Mine isn't THAT impressive, though. The picture I put in the first post (it's not showing up?) is just a random pic of the original series of MIMPs.

I only have a couple of the 2006 revival series, because they never sold in America. The only pack I got was the Kraken/Skeleton/Jimmy Squarefoot three-pack, but they were really awesome! I loved the detail put into each of them. I don't think they're making anymore, though... I heard somewhere the revival set didn't sell too well so they canceled the line. Such a shame!

Cap_P: They didn't change in water, nope. They were mainly just little rubber figurines representing random creatures. Really fun to collect!
