Welcome to Metropolis Cove, the newest roleplaying town. Register your character and begin your adventure! Invite your friends to join the fun!

It is the year 2510 and a war between the known and the unknown had just caused the complete annihilation of a city. For days, you could hear the desolate cries of the residents who could not leave even with the thick smog and rubble littering the streets. Many people died especially the adults who sacrificed their own life to save their children. They heard of a place, a refuge to take their children. It was an abandoned warehouse, in the middle of the city – now known as the slums. Among the massive amounts of children ranging from newborn to teenager were five special thinkers who could not bear the thought of ever leaving. All of them, somehow, were connected – mind, body and soul. Night after night, they would commune together in the hallway drawing along the paint chipped walls, with an old box of crayons, a vision of their future home would be. The buildings were taller, the homes more lavish and people of all races, all ethnicities, of all cultures would be welcome. Ten years later … The headline on the Daily Metro read: Metropolis Cove, a city rebuilt, a society restored.

Hiya Metropolis Citizens! Welcome to our first contest!

Rafael Amos is a man of the cloth. He loves the Lord and he likes his job as a pastor. Ever since he moved to Metropolis, however, with a new church, he's getting buckled under pressure from his responsibilities. As a pastor, he's having to deal with people's needs--praying for others, including women. And frankly, he doesn't understand the heart of a woman. How could he since he's a man and one who is not too experienced with women.

The Campus of Christian Brothers believe that Rafael should be married in order to be most effective in his occupation as a pastor. Although he's a bit reluctant about this, Rafael is willing to meet the woman of his dreams through this matchmaking service.

Here's a brief bio of Rafael Amos:

Name: Rafael Amos
Age: 34 years old
Gender: Male
Species: Human

Biography: Rafael is a man of the cloth. He's a son of a minister whose father was a minister, whose father was a priest. The Amos men since the 1950s have been serving in the Church, whether as a Catholic priest or a monk or a Presbyterian minister. Because that is all Rafe ever knew growing up, his faith is somewhat wavering at the prime of his years. His friends are all forming families, having relationships while he's debating whether to switch from his post as an Anglican minister to a priest. To take the vow of celibacy. He's struggling with his current congregation and decides to take a year off to figure out what he wants. To talk it out with the Father, to decide if this next chapter is what he needs. Will he decide his new path here or completely disregard his vow to lead the sheep?

So... are you up for it?

Here are Rafael's preferences:

"Hi Ladies... Greetings to you in the Lord. I thank you for putting up with my brothers as they impose their plans and my dreams on you. I am a humble man and I care for my duty as first and foremost a child of God and then as a leader of my church. I don't know much about women but know that I like a humble woman who is willing to be helpful and encouraging to our congregation. I like a woman with humor--quirky is just perfect. Thank you again for volunteering for this. I hope to meet with you."

Here's how to register.

"Is it safe for me to post? I just want to greet and thank the women who are brav--err, kind to volunteer for this. I hope that I will be a complete gentleman toward you."

Hmm... This seems a little strange and creepyish.

He's nervous enough for the both of us.

"I hope that you'll be the perfect gentleman towards me, as well....that was a joke."

That wasn't funny.

"It's a pleasure to meet you.

She didn't laugh at me. That's a relief. I wouldn't want to bomb this contest already.

"Have faith in me, Miss Marley. I'll try my best to be just that. A gentleman, I mean. I am pleased to meet your acquaintance as well. Is this a bit strange for you, I mean?"

"Well, yes. I never thought I'd be one of those women competing for one guy....not that I'm selfish or anything."

"Oh. Hahah. Yes, I understand that this is such a strange way to meet my life partner. I told Rick and Paul that I could find the woman of my dreams another way but they didn't listen. As usual."

Am I rambling, I wonder? Lord, put a reign on my tongue.

"Oh sorry for not making it clearer. Yes, Rick Hampton and Paul Beresi are from the CCBA--Campus of Christian Brothers Association. Those rascals contacted Ms. Nardine about the idea."

"I guess I sound ungrateful. But I assure you that it is just the shock to see my face and my name here. I am excited nonetheless to get to know you."

Would it be weird to mention that? Ack, Lord, why is this difficult? I'm usually well-versed.

"You speak very formally. Is that a habit, or are you just doing it because you're nervous?"
