Welcome to Metropolis Cove, the newest roleplaying town. Register your character and begin your adventure! Invite your friends to join the fun!

It is the year 2510 and a war between the known and the unknown had just caused the complete annihilation of a city. For days, you could hear the desolate cries of the residents who could not leave even with the thick smog and rubble littering the streets. Many people died especially the adults who sacrificed their own life to save their children. They heard of a place, a refuge to take their children. It was an abandoned warehouse, in the middle of the city – now known as the slums. Among the massive amounts of children ranging from newborn to teenager were five special thinkers who could not bear the thought of ever leaving. All of them, somehow, were connected – mind, body and soul. Night after night, they would commune together in the hallway drawing along the paint chipped walls, with an old box of crayons, a vision of their future home would be. The buildings were taller, the homes more lavish and people of all races, all ethnicities, of all cultures would be welcome. Ten years later … The headline on the Daily Metro read: Metropolis Cove, a city rebuilt, a society restored.

Even though their counselor was late, they were allowed to proceed to their cabin. Scott was behind the crowd of boys, taking the opportunity to take pictures of the beautiful scenery around him.

As he was flipping through the slides on the camera, one of Autumn made him smile. He couldn't wait to see her again.

Lame, lame, lame, lame, lame.

This entire trip was lame. Although most of his friends were at camp, not a single one of them was in his cabin. The only one he knew was Autumn's new boyfriend, who he disliked because of his sensitivity.

But this would be Dennis' chance to pick on the kid a bit, make him squeal. Dennis relished the opportunity to do so, and with a smile,m approached Scott. "Scott boy, what are you up to?"

Ric sighed in irritation as he entered the cabin. He hated America and Americans. Often he found himself wishing Angel had been content to remain in the spotlight. Then they wouldn't be here, especially not at this camp.

"Hey, what's up Dennis?" asked Scott, putting his camera back in his bag. "Excited to be here?"

"No, but you obviously are," Dennis smirked. "A little too excited. Is it because you're off in a far away place with Autumn?"

Scott smiled. "She has something to do with it but I've never been camping before so it's a new experience for me," he explained to Dennis, although, he really didn't like him. Scott knew about Dennis' rep; still, he was going to be polite.

"Right, camping experience," Dennis scoffed. "Look, Scotty, Autumn's not here right now. It's just you and me. And let me tell you man to man: I know you didn't just come here to take some pretty pictures of the scenery. You wanted to explore Autumn, am I right or am I right?"

So what if he was being crude? Scott irked Dennis in a weird way as some sap, and Dennis just didn't like him.

Scott's eyebrow perked high into his forehead. What was Dennis implying? Hell no he didn't want Autumn like that. He liked her genuinely. Why couldn't people just understand that?

"You are wrong," said Scott, highly offended. "I'm not like you or other people at Hech who uses girls."

Dennis burst into laughter. "Okay, Mr. Integrity. You really didn't get with one of the most popular girls in school to use her. That's believable."

He shook his head. "You're pathetic, you know that? You're all over the girl and are getting nothing in return--it's just sad. And you're right, kid. You're not like me. Just be Autumn's little puppy for the rest of your life, alright?"

Still laughing, Dennis made his way to a bed. The kid made him sick.

Scott rarely got angry but today, he felt like he'd hit home with a new emotion. If he was even the least confrontational, he'd go back up to Dennis and give him a piece of his mind. But he wasn't. He just eyed him and then turned around to head over to a bed far away from Dennis.

Liam had already claimed a bed and watched the two guys talking, more like one confronting the other. He shook his head. Hech kids were so dramatic, especially the rich bullies he'd heard so much about. "Ridiculous..." he said out loud.

Dennis wasn't afraid to get into any conflict, but it seemed that Scott was. Chuckling to himself, Dennis found it hard to believe that Autumn had gotten herself entangled with a guy like Scott. How did that happen?

It wasn't really any of his business, but it just seemed funny. Dennis made a mental note to tease Autumn a bit the next time she saw him.

He heard someone speak and laughed even louder. Did these Ascot kids even matter? Lame.

Liam smirked when the kid laughed openly. "Yeah, it's funny... You find enjoyment in bullying people. How lame."
