Welcome to Metropolis Cove, the newest roleplaying town. Register your character and begin your adventure! Invite your friends to join the fun!

It is the year 2510 and a war between the known and the unknown had just caused the complete annihilation of a city. For days, you could hear the desolate cries of the residents who could not leave even with the thick smog and rubble littering the streets. Many people died especially the adults who sacrificed their own life to save their children. They heard of a place, a refuge to take their children. It was an abandoned warehouse, in the middle of the city – now known as the slums. Among the massive amounts of children ranging from newborn to teenager were five special thinkers who could not bear the thought of ever leaving. All of them, somehow, were connected – mind, body and soul. Night after night, they would commune together in the hallway drawing along the paint chipped walls, with an old box of crayons, a vision of their future home would be. The buildings were taller, the homes more lavish and people of all races, all ethnicities, of all cultures would be welcome. Ten years later … The headline on the Daily Metro read: Metropolis Cove, a city rebuilt, a society restored.

She bit her lip, struggling against the tears that were ready to spill over at his words. "Don't do this to me Lukas." She murmured into his chest.

He wrinkled his brow, trying to stop whatever it was that he was doing to her. "I don't want to hurt you... But you have to cry it all out, Rayne. That way you can heal." Take your own advice, Taelor.

Before long she found herself quietly sobbing into his shirt, soaking the material. She cried out months of grief and unbelievable pain that she'd kept hidden and locked inside.

And all Lukas could do was hold her gently, let her grip hold of his shirt. He felt bad that Shea started crying as well, not sure what was disturbing her friend. With one hand, he guided Shea onto his lap and comforted them both, deciding to be strong in spite of it.

When Rayne caught sight of Shea cuddled up beside her she couldn't help but smile. She wiped at her eyes, slightly embarrassed.

"Aww Shea, what's wrong?" She asked sniffing a little.

Lukas smiled gently at his little girl as she rubbed her eyes with her fists and hiccuped. He leaned down and kissed Shea's head. "She doesn't like when her loved ones cry..."

She looked down at his shirt and blushed a little. "Jeez, I'm sorry Lukas. I didn't mean to make a mess over your shirt."

Great you went and broke down, she scolded herself wordlessly.

Lukas laughed. "It's okay... As long as you're feeling slightly better." He nodded when Shea peeked over her fists at Rayne. "See, Shea's better now that you're better."

"You're so adorable." Rayne smiled through her remaining tears as she touched Shea's cheek gently. "Thank you Lukas." She said softly.

"Thanks for forgiving me and for letting me know your story," Lukas said genuinely. Dana would want that to happen... I know it.

"You had my forgiveness awhile ago." She smiled wiping her eyes one last time.

"Yeah... I know." Lukas rubbed Shea's back as the girl hiccuped. He sighed, wishing she'd say a word. It saddened her that his little girl refused to speak.

"She doesn't ever speak?" Rayne asked curiously as she watched Shea.

She'd noticed the young girl didn't make attempts at words like most children her age did.

Lukas shook his head soberly, stroking Shea's head. "Not a word..."

"Do you know why?" She asked, hoping she wasn't prying.
