The plane hovered above the upcoming land and soon they began to circle lower and lower, the string of lights along the landing strip glowing brightly.

"PLEASE BE SEATED. WE ARE GOING TO BE LANDING....And welcome to Jazminale and enjoy your stay."

Her lips parted as she stared at the beautiful, clear indigo sea. It's so beautiful. She could see the yatch boats and the ships in the water.

"Are we here yet?" asked Franco, stretching his arms out and smacking his hands into the console above. He pulled his hands down immediately and wagged them.

Rahab couldn't stop staring. The sight below her was breathtaking. Her heart was in awe and she could not even respond.

He tilted his head to the window and all he could see below was blue, a clean bright blue that swept along the docks and along the white sand beaches. "Ahhh, home," he sighed happily with the biggest grin on his face.

It was more beautiful than any place she'd ever seen before. But then again, all she knew besides her beloved Russia was the inside of a bordel room. She swallowed hard, taken aback by the beautiful sight of Eltharion.

After a few more minutes, they were finally on the ground and already walking through the tunnel into the bustling airport. But it was all a different feel .. a sense of home, community and family in just the port alone. There were people laughing, chattering happily amongst each other. There were smiles shared and tears shed but it was all from joy.

"Hopefully my sister will be on time," said Franco, a smile on his face from cheek to cheek.

For some reason, the announcement that his sister would be there to pick them up made her a bit uneasy. But then again, any stranger meeting her made her anxious. Rahab bit the inside of her cheek as she scanned the crowd, looking for anyone that remotely resembled the older man beside her.

"Let's go to baggage claim. I am positive she'll be waiting there for us," said Franco, placing his hand against her back and leading her forward.

She almost wanted to dig her heels onto the floor but managed a smile and let him push her down the hallway toward the luggage section, all the while staring around.

"She should be here," he trailed, taking the bags off the conveyor belt and handing Rahab hers. "I told her to be on time for once. Woman!" He then turned to Rahab with a smirk. "Well, that woman."

Rahab took her bag and swallowed the knot in her throat, laughing nervously. Why was everything so complicated? Was it a bad idea to come here?

"FRANCO. FRANCO." The voice was a high-pitched voice and when he turned around was happy to see his plump but beautiful much younger sister. She was slightly taller than him, with dark black straight hair, light caramel skin with freckles across her cheeks and the most brilliant green eyes. "I'm here and on time for once," she teased, wrapping her arms around him tightly and kissing his face. "It's so good to have you home again, even if only for two days."

Almost immediately as she finished her sentence, she twirled around to Rahab with a kind, welcoming smile. "And you must be Rahab. I've heard quite a bit about you. Welcome home."

Rahab gaped at the beautiful woman with the kindest eyes she'd ever seen besides Sky's and Franco's. She swallowed hard, not knowing what to say.

"Does she speak Franco?" she asked, perching her hands on her hips.

"Yes, she does but she's very shy and nervous. She'll warm up to you. It takes time being in a new place with new people. Come Rahab, let's put your things in the car," said Franco, leading her outside.

"Very well but she should know that I talk a lot. I love to talk."

"Yes Corinna, we know," said Franco.

Her cheeks warmed at the woman's words and she felt inside that she was disappointing Franco for being so tightlipped. But anxiety glued her tongue to the roof of her mouth. She didn't know what to do.

"By the way, this is the youngest female in my family. Her name is Corinna," said Franco, pointed to the girl behind him.

"And yes, I happen to be the coolest, smartest and most attractive out of everyone in the family. You'll be in good hands Rahab. We will be the best of friends," assured Corinna.

Rahab nodded shyly and ducked her head. She did need friends. But did this woman know what she was? What she'd done? What if, just like Sky, she'd find her repulsive and hate her?

"I'm sorry if my sister is a little obnoxious," he joked. "But I found her to be the best suitable roommate. She is very active in the community and she owns her own dress shop."

"Oh yes, I am," sang Corinna. "You'll be working with me since my last employee decided she was too lazy to help me." Corinna rolled her eyes heavily and eventually opened the car to let everyone in.

"I have a job?" Rahab asked hushly, still a bit shy around this garrulous woman that was Franco's sister.

"Yes and you'll love it. I mean, I'm not a slavedriver but I like to get work done quickly and effieciently. I have a lot of deadlines as I make a lot of clothing for the royal family," said Corinna, starting the car and listening to the low hum of the engine.

Making clothes for the royal family. Rahab sneaked a look in Franco's direction and only saw his profile as he kept his eyes from her face. She frowned lightly. Did he do this on purpose? What if she bumped into Sky or worse, his mother?

"But I also make clothing for my store front. I hope you know how to work a sewing machine because if not, we'll have a lot of practice." Corinna began to pull out of the lot and started for the main highway.

Franco leaned over and whispered to Rahab. "The royal family never comes to the shop so you don't have to worry about seeing Sky or anyone else. They usually send me because she's my sister."

Rahab didn't know whether she was relieved and a bit put out by Franco's warm reassurance. It meant that she wouldn't see Sky but then again, neither would she have to bump into the Queen mother.

"Hey, don't exclude me from the conversation. What are you two talking about back there?" asked Corinna, spying on them in the rearview mirror.

"Corinna, pay attention to the road," said Franco, really detesting the way his sister was slightly reckless driving. She swerved into the next lane and go onto the ramp toward CALLILITH.
