henceforth, all useage of the ditto emote and angry nid likes this emote is banned until further notice.
you all have one warning, and that's it. after that, you'll be suspended for however long i see fit.
yeah, you can also be a snitch and report posts that contain these images for a post boost.
it'll be allowed again when people can be mature and follow the rules.
also, any staff that breaks the rule will be demoted for good.
