JOIN THE REJECTS-GET YOURSELF KILLED
Based upon the book 'Cockney Reject' by Jeff Turner and Garry bushell, this has the potential to be the first true Punk Rock movie.
Funny, violent, but also profoundly moving, Jeff and Garry's screenplay is a fascinating snapshot of an era when football, boxing and rock n' roll were, for many kids, the only way out of an increasingly turbulent East End, only to find their dreams shattered and their hopes dashed by forces beyond their control.

This has the potential to be so much more that the recent spate of U.K gangster flicks: Jeff and Garry write from the heart as they lived that life at the time;
characterisations are razor sharp, and completely capture the esscence of life on london's mean streets as the Seventies drew to a close and the greed culture of the '80's dawned.
