Hi!

I thought the rating system is a bit hard to grasp so I'll describe it here.

Members, when they first join, are considered New Members. When they reach 10 posts, they become regular members. Eventually they get promoted to the rank of Private at 75 posts.

When you become a Private, you have a choice. You can either join the Board Police or stay inactive. If you do not join the Board Police, you will not advance beyond the rank of Master Sergeant (except in special conditions).

How the BOARD POLICE WORKS

Each Category (3) is assigned an Officer.

GENERAL ->> (Captain 1)
Each forum is designated a Senior NCO or full Officer.

General ->> (Lieutenant 1)
Guest Section ->>(Master Sergeant 1) [special forum, always NCO]

This NCO or Officer is responsible for keeping order and making sure nothing obscene happens. Each officer or NCO has people working for them.

Usually a senior NCO has 8 people working for them.
About 2 Sergeants and 6 privates.

COC (Chain of Command)

Privates<Sergeants<Master Sergeants[Lieutenants]<Captains[Major, Colonel]<General [Lieutenant General]

Got it?
