Nocturn City Since most technology is banned and/or is no longer needed in the world the no faced beings have resulted in living in small towns that consisted of very little housing and room for expansion. Nocturn City however still has its buildings which are short, unlike the tall sky scrapers of old times. Granur Granur is another man made city, different from Nocturn city for some of the no faced beings here still rely on their devious ways of creating altered creatures and using technology. Trains, cars, and their 20th century way of life still exist. Wolves do not seek this place out for if they were to set foot in the cities long and dirty streets, they would be captured and sent to Laboratory 3 where the '3' were originally created. Most animals including the no faced beings find no luck here and rarely find food for the city is covered in a thick sheet of snow making the temperatures range from 0F degrees to -30F degrees below.
