Gemini Station Video, The making of

In case anyone was wondering how I did it or wants to know more about the video, here you have all the info.

First, the video:

It was supposed to be a video the people from ULAF Development had found somewhere.
When they found it, the video was very damaged and some parts of the audio and video were messed up or even missing.
They saved the parts they could fix and placed them in the correct order but they couldnīt fix all the audio as it was VERY damaged so they added the subtitles with the info they could understand.


To make the video I used a simple program: Windows Movie Maker. There are better programs, of course, but as it was gonna be only a promo video, WMM was more than enough for me

As some of you noticed, I used some video clips from the Swan Station Orientation Video although I turned the images right-left so it was a bit less noticeable.

Then I took the audio clip, cut and mixed it and pasted it reversed.

I created the intro myself by using similar font types (although not the same) and created the Gemini logo and added it in a similar way it is on the Swan Station video intro.

I also added some pics and audio effects (like that scary effect on the hospital image. Itīs just "white noise").

Now the funny thing, the hospital image with all the surgeons is from a spanish tv show called "Hospital Central",



The other image is the child I sponsor and the last one is from the wikipedia, from a reincarnation article, I think.



Oh and the upside-down image is the head of the Daniel Faradayīs sculpt! lol



The number that appears at the end: U+2638 is the unicode character "Wheel of Dharma"

And I think thatīs all!!

It took me some time but I enjoyed doing it, hope you enjoyed watching it too!
