I have a idea that nobody has that version the 5 or 6 people that downloaded it must have deleted it. Jase was in a great rush after it came to his attention that people was cheating under version 2.13b so he fixed it and released the new 2.13c but there was a bug in it and he made a quick fixed and released 2.13d but he forgot to change the version on it so that the vesion on 2.13d still show 2.13c. The version 2.13c was only a few minutes on the website ( can't remember exactly how long think it was 20 minutes) I remembered Jase said it was the shortest that any version lasted.

So I think you must stop looking for it because it had a bug – can not remember what somewhere on the forum it must still be but I don't remember even the year it came out so I am not going to try to find it.

ps. Looks as if it was 8/4/2008
