hi can anyone help, my pm box says it's full, and i can't recieve any pm's, i have deleted my in box messages but it still says full

Hi Keef
Have you set it up to keep your sent messages? If so, you probably need to delete from there as well. With private messages being err private - lol, we can't do it for you I'm afraid. SD edit: Just thought, I increased the maximum to 200 a while back so check to see how many it reports at the bottom of the list. |

hi S D, i have emptied all folders, and it still say they are full, but it don't show any pm's

When I completely empty my inbox, outbox, saved messages etc I still get a 46% - 50% full message too. I think the script do be doodooed :) as we php "experts" would say :):):)
You have 56 messages out of 150 maximum storable messages Your folders are 37% full But they're all empty LMAO, it's deleting the messages but not resetting the counters :( Dave |

Yes I get minus numbers sometimes, You have minus 36 messages etc lol.

I've increased members maximum storage to 150 from 125 that's why Keef is ok at present.
Bit of a nuisance, I wonder if there's anything on this on the invision tech help forum? SD |

since my problem was sorted, i have sent about 3 or 4 pm's, and recieved none, and my message count is at 86% but i have deleted all messages.

The problem wasn't actually sorted, I just increased members PM limits to that your would work on a temporary basis. See the post just before yours. To correct it completely you will need to join under another name and then I'll edit it back to Keef. SD |
