 Errors, program crashing

Hi all,

I've got this problem with FS2 now, that everytime I open the program for the first time that day, or time the pc is on, it crashes and says that it can't find all the files it needs. I then re-open it- in a shareware version- close that, and then open it again and it works... any ideas??
