How do I see why I am getting interest in the bait but not actually getting bites, or why I sometimes lose fish?..

Normally if you lose fish the hook was to smal and the fish came off. Why fish drop the bait I don’t know, sometime if you strike to quickly you get that message in the what-if file.

strike to early spooks the fish check whatif folder :P

cant find whatif folder.. only file.. and that is all gobbledygook!!!! :unsure:

You need to add

Whatif=1

to the Debug section of the app.ini file in the inf folder of fishsim.

This will then create a whatif.txt file in the main fishsim folder when a fish is missed or lost.
