Could anyone please explain to me what the distribution box in the top right hand corner represents or how it works as I'm a bit baffled.

Thanks Iggy I was on the said site and although it shows diagrams of the said box it does not explain what the box is showing ie. long blue bars and then they get smaller, it's just i'm not sure what they mean.
