Oryn looked over at the thief,
"No matter any situation, I'd rather be an idiot than a fool. I see that your life begs to differ, choosing to be a fool instead." He stood up, looking at the hiding barkeep. "Now, barkeep, what the hell just happened. Who is this man and his group?" -------------------- |

OOC: Oryn, did we just skip the rest of the fight?
With everyone in the bar dead, the barkeep looked up over the edge of the counter to see what had transpired. He finally stood up and hurriedly started trying to gather things, until that is the drow confronted him. The barkeep looked at the drow in fear. You don't understand... as soon as they hear about what happened here, I'm as good as dead. I'm sorry, but I need to get out of here. The barkeep then quickly ran into the back room and started gathering a couple pairs of clothes, bringing them out and throwing them into one of the relatively clean tablecloths. -------------------- Need a monster to slay?
A guardian to protect that magical item? A drunken slob to start off that bar-brawl? A toadying imp to deliver a message? PM Denizen if you need an NPC in one of your topics. You can make it as specific or as lenient as you would like. Moderators will check this account at least once every day to see if anyone needs an NPC. |

I can't accept that. That doesn't matter to me. Troy stated dryly. It wasn't that he didn't believe that it was true, but he didn't want to forgive them for the grievances he had to endure.
I do however respect you and your view, because you are not like them, regardless of how they have changed since then. Troy started collecting some of the weapons of the cultists that now laid on the floor dead. He would see about using some of the weapons to create new ones for his use. He didn't hardly pay any attention to the nervous barkeep. -------------------- |

Jasper had been busy cleaning off her blade, but the clink of weapons instinctively attracted her attention. She looked up, expecting enemies who had somehow survived the melee, but it was only the unfamiliar drow picking up weapons. The priestess scowled, propping her gauntleted hands on her armored hips.
"Another graverobber? I'd expect him to ransack the bodies of the dead -" here she tossed her head disdainfully at Tybalt - "But two carrion scavengers in the same place? Filth! Go ahead and pick their corpses clean, you godless vermin." She crossed herself piously, throwing the drow one more dirty glare before turning back to Oryn. He was the only one she really respected, as he was - in her eyes - a holy man. "What now, witch hunter?" she asked languidly. "Do you think we eradicated the whole cult here . . . or are there other heretics still lurking? If there are, I hope you'll agree that we've got to track them down and slaughter every last dog-faced infidel still living!" For a moment, her voice took on a tone of disturbing rage, trembling with passion, but she quickly cleared her throat and composed herself. "The sooner, the better," she added calmly. -------------------- |
