This is basically reacting to every chance you can with a given post.
I suggest this:
1st offense - warning
2nd offense - 3 day suspension
3rd offense - 2 week RP suspension
4th offense - 3 month ban.

Greedily hoarding topics to yourself, as in frequently replying.

Yes. It means replying to every single topic you can find (or close to it) or starting your own topics in every free space there is. I don't like it because it makes the board look like there is only one member on it. :) I hope that helps.

What about warning people who are gone for more then three weeks and then expect to come back in a keep rping. Its ludicrous, once their warnings are used up they are out of that particular RP.

Hm...that sounds like a good idea. Of course, no names mentioned... :bleh: I think I'll add that one also! Yay, more rules! People are going to start to hate me, lol! :D
