 I don't have a bf'ing ticker on any other forums anymore... and I just noticed when I saw a post that it said 7 years, 4 months, 2 weeks.  Just 2 months and a bit to go before it's over ... I'm weaning him on his 5th birthday if he hasn't stopped already by then.  It has been beautiful. I hope my saying so inspires somebody to a) nurse through pregnancy, b) nurse tandem, and c) keep going beyond teeth, beyond the first year, into a time when they can really understand what's going on, and how intimate and rare it truly is.
