Has anyone ever heard of this? Miriam recommends it in TOBB, and I did a little googling and it seems fantastic.

I did Bradley, and that carried me through four births over 12 years. But this seems really cool. Anyone use it, or have a friend who has? (And for the record, I am not asking for any personal or practical reason. Just pure curiosity, and perhaps someone else can use it).

It looks fantastic, but I never heard of it before now.

Thanks for bringing it to our attention!

Since I'm the ICAN chapter leader hereabouts, I think I have a copy. If I can locate it in the next few days, I'll pull it out and look at it. AFAIK from the ICAN world, it helps with positioning? I've never actually known anyone who used it. I'll see if I can find it...

I found this online and bought the digital download before my 3rd birth, and I think it's the best kept secret in the world of natural birth! As a caveat, my labor was pretty smooth and easy, so I didn't need techniques for speeding it along, b"h. However, the approach was unbelievable in terms of helping me cope with the labor. I felt so much more in control. Although there is a lot of emphasis on the husband as a coach, I gained plenty by using it on my own and being my own coach.
