you made me feel better. I hope it will get easier after 3. It is sort of easier now, since my DD1 is 6.5 and helps a lot. Just this erev shabbos, she picked up all the toys amd stray things in the living room, swept the floor, and washed the dishes, all on her own.

Not to be pessimistic, just to add a note of clarification...

If you raise your children well, it gets better as they get older and your family grows. The kids get older and learn how to help out more and more, and you grow as a person and your coping skills develop more with time. If you don't, the chaos builds and eventually becomes overwhelming, and then is an example to others of why people should practice birth control instead of having large families they clearly can't handle.

I also have to add, if someone can't handle two well, they can't handle seven at all. (Yes, I was irritated when someone a couple of weeks ago with two children told me that it's much easier for me to manage than her because I have a large family. rolleyes.gif )
