Title: Another 'is this normal' question

Firstly, I hope no-one minds me using the anonymous feature - I just don't feel comfortable sharing personal information with the whole web...
My l'il one is 18 months and hardly nursing anymore - she can sometimes go either a whole day or a whole night without nursing and yet I haven't gotten my period back - is this normal?

It's totally within normal. Btw, don't presume you are infertile, you would need to temp to determine that.

Thank you Zephyr! Apparantly there is another reason why I'm not getting my period. Just found out that I am 12 weeks pregnant :)

It's always nice to get a rational explanation. B'Sha'a Tova! That's a very nice gap between the kids, wide enough that the older isn't quite a baby any more, and narrow enough that they'll have stuff in common
