Ottawa has snuck under the radar, but you can't argue with 2 convincing 5-game series wins against 2 good teams.

I give them a good shot to win a long series.

Should be some good hockey. Iam rooting for buffalo and will say they take it in game 6 or 7.

I actually agree.

I'd say Ottawa in 6.

It's tough to read them as we were all focused on the Islander/Ranger/Buffalo side of the Eastern Playoff bracket, but Ottawa has looked very good.

This is going to be a great series. I dont have a feel of who's going to win. Buffalo with the speed and Chris Drury, mr. Clutch and Ottawa with Heatly, Spezza and Alfredsson.

It wont be boring that's for sure.

The Islanders Axis of Evil: Wang, Snow, DiPietro.

They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.

For some reason, I see Buffalo winning this one easy, in 5.

The Sabres are stronger up tne middle since Gaustad came back.
They have more depth and can penetrate teh tough Sens defense
and expose Emery.

I hope it goes 7 to see more hokcey but I see Buffalo making an easy trip to the finals.

I despise Chris Neil, therefore I pick Buffalo. Not that it matters, as Captain Duck will hoist the cup this year.

Ottawa will win this in 5! They seem to have peaked their form perfectly.
But I'd rather see Buffalo in the finals...

All I needed for selfish reasons was Buffalo to beat the Rags. goofy.gif Now I can watch the playoffs in peace. I don't care who wins this series between Ottawa and Buffalo. As long as it goes 7. The more hockey the better. No predictions, because Buffalo beat us in the First Round. Ottawa always bitch slaps us. I don't want to see Detroit win the Cup, because they have an attitude like their sh!t does'nt stink.

Always easier for me to stomach being booted by the team that eventually won the cup... and being a Drury fan don't hurt either.

I feel the same way. Now it's just sitting back and enjoying good hockey, regardless of the outcome.

But come the finals I'll be pulling for the East.

I really hope Ottawa not only wins the series but wins the cup. Now that would be good for hockey, having a Canadian team win the cup

I am rooting for the Sabres, but I think Ottawa takes this series in 5 or 6. They are almost as fast as Buffalo, but I think they are much tougher, and Emery is better than Miller. HopeI am wrong, I would love to see a long exciting series.
