Our GDT's are getting shorter and shorter. WHY IS THERE NO NEW NVMC? Because the team and management and our inbred SOB owner don't care, so fans don't care, residents don't care, politicians don't care, NOT EVEN THE MOST RABID FANS< US< DON'T CARE!

I was more psyched to watch celeb apprentice last night and sleepwalked watching this game. Had no desire to go online during game. Had great day with family, saw Hunger Games (movie did book justice). Saw the same mistakes by Okposo, Jurcina, Parenteau, Bailey, Nielsen, AMac and others yet they found a way to win thanks to Nabakov's goaltending holding off the Cats. ONLY 7 of our players registered hits for the game. 6 out of 7 of them had multiple hits. The rest?? stick checking and pulling up. WTF???? EVERY year I complain about this. We have a soft team of stick checkers. Bailey, even though he was one of multiple hit guys refrained from finishing checks on a couple of plays. Same for our captain Mark Streit. We won the game and the above will be viewed as "BITCHING" by some but if you REALLY want to know why we finish bottom 5 every year, you note these FUNDAMENTALS as part of the organizational FAIL from GM, COACH on down to talent. And they have the nerve to go back and suggest IF ONLY they would have NEVER let certain games get away from them. HELLO??? You are what your record says you are.  --------------------    Showing zero tolerance for koolaiders and SnoWang apologists since 2007. This lifelong Islanders fan is sick and tired of pointing out the obvious to the oblivious. I long for the day when I can show up to Charles Wang's wake with a shovel and patiently wait for everyone to pay their respects so I can pay mine by burying the bastid. |
