Positives?

1 more game of Gutch Boring.
1 more game of Peter Ruttgeizer.
1 more game of koolaid.
1 more game of Scott Allen 2nd intermission rubbish.
1 more game of poor fundamental hockey.
1 more game of meaningless hockey.

Save the hate. Entertaining game, and a win. I savor these last two games as it's going to be awhile before we see our Isles play. And with the CBA crap coming this summer, it could be a long while.

Feel good for KO.

Feel good for Grabs.

Hope the best for PA.

Go Isles.

Poor PA, really doesn't deserve it. There goes his payday. Looked like an achilles (which I hope it's not). Just read it's an ankle sprain. Now we'll sign him for 5 years and find out he's damaged, it's our way.

Congrats to JT on reaching 80 pts. Next year 100. KO may be the best non-pressured goal scorer in the NHL, and Bailey may be the best non-pressured playmaker. But he wont get to play with KO for the last game. KO will play with JT, although I'd put Nino there for the last game and keep KO and Bailey together. Cappy would be a fool not to have them as linemates next season. Sorry for that, Cappy already is a fool. lmao.gif

The Islanders Axis of Evil: Wang, Snow, DiPietro.

They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.

Perhaps KO will take this last half of the season and make it work all next year. Hoping. Perhaps Garth Snow will give us a real NHL defense. Perhaps Charles Wang will say, hey, maybe if I put a real NHL team out there, I could get a better reception for a new arena.

Perhaps.

Perhaps....
