He's either going to force a decision (I think he will make Nino stay in juniors) or not. All I'm reading is how much he's matured, and how he's a set up machine. If he spends another year in juniors as does Nino, I would love to have them both come late in the year to play in the NHL.

Next year we'll also have Petrov, so it's possible a blockbuster is in the cards depending how close we are.

This is an interesting situation. All Kabanov really did was have a very strong end to his season. I figured the contract would be coming after he put up a good first half in the coming season. The timing of this was just weird to me. Like Nino, it's either NHL or juniors for Kabanov. I can't really believe that they think Kabanov is NHL ready. A full season of junior and then to the AHL to continue development would be my guess. I can't imagine they'd put him ahead of Nino.

Sorry, Isles fans....

Yes, a trade is defined as the act or process of buying, selling, or exchanging commodities, at either wholesale or retail, within a country or between countries: domestic trade; foreign trade; a purchase or sale; business deal or transaction; an exchange of items, usually without payment of money.

Bill Torrey trades Pat Lafontaine for Pierre Turgeon.

Hope it helped.

Kabanov and El Nino will both be on the opening night roster. You heard it here first.

And Trent Hunter, Josh Bailey or PA (pick one of the three) will NOT be on the roster.

Again, you heard it here first.
