 On the surface, the world appears to be perfect.
There is virtually no crime, and almost all diseases have been wiped out. And genetic engineering has became common, so common that parents can choose to dictate the traits of their offspring, with no negative side effects.
But the government wants to move forward into a new era, a time period where all their citizens will be genetically modified to become perfect.
And so a secret project was launched, to purge the city of those not yet genetically modified, to cleanse the city of imperfection.

Central Square
The city center placed before the towering building of the System. Benches line the edges of the large area of marble covered ground. Trees and hedges make it look naturally comfortable. An enormous fountain consisting of snow white and ebony granite marks the center of the square. The fountain shows the struggle between man and were-creature.

Serkin Central Mall
An enormous edifice sitting near the center of Viscus. The building is constructed from steel and glass, it is nearly transparent. The windows are tinted slightly to shield the rays of the sun, but all in all, the building is one of the best constructed. Many shops line the interior of the mall, a person can spend a whole week there.
