Making An Enterance

[Hssarth]

*The Mirage comes up on Odessa.*

"So this is the mining facility. Perhaps the EF can make some use of it."

[Doofus]

The Draken-E leaves the Odessa hangar and puts a few buildings between it and the Revans.

[Hssarth]

The Javelin prototyoe launches from the Mirage with it's beam shield readied. It hastily makes it's way toward the base, detecting the presence of an unknown unit nearby.

[Doofus]

The suit stays behind the buildings and doesn't move.

[Hssarth]

Once within Range, the Javelin boosts up, and fires it's 4-barrel heavy machine gun in a strafing pattern behind one set of buildings, and it's 2x 4-barrel beam cannons behind another set of buildings, making sure only to fire behind the buildings that the unknown unit is most likely behind.

[Doofus]

The defense suit uses its thrusters and boosts sideways and the rubble misses it.

The collapsing buildings kick up a lot of dust and make targeting more difficult. The suit slowly walks into the debris field and waits for Hssarth's next move.

[Hssarth]

The Javelin lands, and fires the same pattern into the debris with it's 4-barrel heavy machine gun and 2x vulcans.

[Doofus]

The suit keeps itself moving and avoids most of the attacks. The remaining ones cause superfical damage to the armor.

The suit plants itself and tracks the fire from the Javelin and returns fire with its twin vulcans and beam rifle.

[Hssarth]

The Javelin custom holds up it's shield with the shot-lancer part of one of it's guns sticking through. As it's moving, it uses the same tracking tactics the enemy suit does, and fires the shot lancer directly at the suit,

Dammage to the right arm is taken, but not enough to qualify yet for the 100 credit repair fee.

[Doofus]

The suit drops its machine gun and grabs a large piece of the destroyed building and the shot lancer embeds itself into the piece of rubble.

[Hssarth]

*The Javelin keeps it's weapon and shield up, bombarding the same spot with the shot-lancer's 4-barrel heavy machine gun as it charges forward.*

[Doofus]

The suit suddenly thrusts backwards and changes direction as it heads toward the base's hangar bay. The doors begin to close.

The 'shield' is now damaged and won't last much longer.

The debris cloud is still between the Javelin and defense unit.

[Hssarth]

With it's beam shield still readied, the Javelin charges toward the hangar firing it's 2x 4-barrel beam cannons across the length of the closing door, while at the same time firing it's 4-barrel heavy machine gun in the same line under the closing door.

[Doofus]

The suit makes it into the hangar as the doors close and take very heavy damage.

The doors do not stay closed for long and they explode open damaging the entire hangar and giving the defense unit minor damage across its entire body.

The suit thrusts to the end of the hangar and seals itself inside of a safety tunnel used to shield work-suits from mine accidents.

[Hssarth]

The Javelin holds it's position and opens fire upon the blast door with everything it's got, gradually making a hole to get through.
