Just as he was called for, Bart made an appearance on the scene. The scarlet speedster had blurred into town when Oliver called for him. Bart had been busy looking after Keystone City but Green Arrow, ring leader of his small entourage, insisted that something important needed to be discussed and that there would be a big change coming. He changed into his superhero costume and was ready for whatever Oliver had to discuss with him. He, however, was not alone. Dinah Lance had also accompanied him and together, they returned to Metropolis City where they were scheduled to meet with Oliver in the next hour. His phone started to ring once he was changed; it was Oliver. "Yeah, I got it. We're on our way," he assured, turning towards Black Canary to see if she was ready. "Wheels up," Bart said and smiled. He put his sunglasses on and pulled up his hood, concealing his identity from whoever could see his face. He disappeared in a flash and traveled across the city, looking at the different things as he moved by them. A lot had changed since he was last in the city that never rested. Crimes seemed to be abound and people in distress appeared to be more common than ever; the city did not seem to have grown in anyway since he and Oliver had last been in the city, but maybe that would change.

Bart heard about the vigilante the city referred to as The Blur or The Superman. He was aware that it was Clark who was responsible for these acts of heroism and it did seem to help out the city of Metropolis, but there was still a lot of work to be done. "Impulse here, arriving at the rendezvous," he announced into the concealed microphone in his headgear. The superhero reached the Daily Planet where he had been ordered to meet with Green Arrow and Clark, now more popular as The Blur. Just as he appeared on the top of the roof, he saw both Oliver and Clark clad in their capes and costumes. "So, it looks like you've finally given up hiding and are finally stepping into the spotlight. What is this? Mild-mannered reporter by day, crime-fighting superhero by night?" Bart remarked, commenting on the outfit that Clark had donned since their last meeting. He smiled and pulled down his hood and removed his sunglasses. The city was still dark but in spite of the darkness that covered it, it was just as busy as ever. Bart wondered what was so important that Oliver had to call out not only him from Keystone City, but Dinah from her place as well. It must have been something big, Bart thought, for Oliver to take the team of superheroes away from their homes so suddenly just for an announcement.

"So what's up," Bart finally asked once everyone was present.

Dinah had been on patrol in Star City under the disguise of Black Canary. Everything was peaceful when she received a call from Green Arrow, her ring leader. "Canary here," she spoke and listened. Oliver wanted her to attend a meeting they had in Metropolis City with Bart. He was on patrol in Keystone City but was told to be running over to Star City momentarily. Dinah did not have any objections and agreed to participate in the gathering but was not told why they had needed to assemble so suddenly in the city of Metropolis. She collected her costume and returned to her civilian disguise so that she did not draw any suspicious attention to herself while traveling through the city. Bart soon met up with Dinah and together, they were flown to the distant New York state. "Any idea what this is all about?" Dinah asked Bart, but he seemed to know just about as much as she did. It did not take them very long before they landed in Metropolis City; Oliver had asked them to make haste and that was exactly what the pilot had done. After two or three hours of flying, the plane had finally landed at the airport and both Canary and Impulse and rushed over to make it to the Daily Planet; they had parted ways temporarily so that they could get changed before their scheduled meeting.

Canary suited up and hopped onto a motorcycle that belonged to Oliver Queen. Once she was in her costume and her motorcycle helmet had been pulled over her face, nobody could tell just who she was. The two-wheeled vehicle ripped across the streets at a blinding pace with its engine loud and audible to everybody around her. She whizzed passed everybody in her way and eluded traffic wherever it was present, effectively making it to the Daily Planet very quickly. Dinah waited on the elevator and when it arrived at the bottom floor, she stepped into it, still wearing her motorcycle helmet to conceal her identity. Everybody seemed to pass her some kind of weird look but Dinah was already used to it. She arrived on the roof moments later and pulled off the helmet, revealing to everybody that she was ready to participate in the meeting. "Clark," she nodded her head and greeted the farm boy. "It's good to see you again. Oliver, what is this meeting about? You called both of us out of our cities so suddenly. This must be important," she said, curious about why they had been paged all of a sudden. She already had an idea in her head but Canary did not want to jump to any conclusions yet before she had received more information pertaining to the matter. "Well, what is it?" She asked when everyone was present.

Everything was peaceful even after Oliver had arrived on top of the Daily Planet building to try to convince Clark to participate in his justice league. "I don't know," he repeated, certain that Oliver only wanted to say what Clark wanted to hear. The billionaire had not convinced Clark right away but the man of steel had already started to think about it. There was only one way he would collaborate with Green Arrow and his band of super-powered team members and that was if he was the one responsible for founding the team of superheroes. "Only one one condition," Clark proposed. He wanted to work together with Oliver in order to create a safer world for everybody to live in, but there were some ideas about the plan that he did not like. "I will work with you guys, but Metropolis City is my main concern," he finished. Clark was adamant in his decision. Although he wanted to help everybody, it was just too much work for somebody like himself to run around the world protecting everybody. After all, he was no cartoon character in tights and a cape flying around planet Earth looking after everybody at once. "And you're going to need to work on that name. Justice league? We can do better than that can't we?" Clark laughed, throwing a smile at Oliver again while he thought for a moment about a name.

Suddenly, Bart and Dinah arrived on top of the Daily Planet. Clark was shocked to see them but was also shocked that Victor and Arthur had not come to pay a visit with them. Bart made a comment about Clark and his willingness to take action against evil. The mild-mannered reporter could only chuckle at his commentary before Dinah arrived and greeted the costumed crime-fighter. "It's good to see you, Dinah," he nodded. Oliver made a comment about the lack of colour in the boy scout's uniform. "The Justice Society of America," Clark announced. "That's what we'll call it. A band of superheroes who work together to fight evil and crime, but it won't be exclusive to only us. If you really want to do this, we should expand," he thought, thinking about other members who would be likely to join together with them. Only one other had come to mind and that was Bruce Wayne. Clark was not certain that anybody there was familiar with the playboy billionaire, but when he thought about it, the Dark Knight was a vigilante in Gotham City and worked hard to fight against crime. His cousin, Kara, might have also been interested, as well as Kory Anders and Diana Prince, but no other names could come to mind at that moment. "The more of us that work together, the better this might work out."

”Metropolis will probably be your main concern; after all, a certain someone is here.” Oliver joked knowing that this might throw Clark into a state of seriousness and rebuke. However, when the Blur retorted Oliver’s name for their fancy little group, Oliver looked at him with a very peculiar look. ”Well, what do you say?” He questioned his fellow understanding that it may take them a while before a successful name would be implemented to describe their little band of goodness. Prior to meeting with Clark, Oliver had made a hasty phone call in which he called Impulse and the Black Canary. He requested them to arrive at the Daily Planet in Metropolis with haste and told them nothing except for the fact that this meeting would be extremely significant. As they were ordered, the Black Canary and Impulse arrived at the scene where Clark and Oliver had been discussing. He felt a large gust of wind and with this; he could determine that Impulse was there. Following this, a strange figure appeared out of nowhere but the person’s identity was established the moment the helmet was removed. The Black Canary was present. The two superheroes had been hastily called from their towns and Oliver was glad that they could make it in time, at the very least that the Black Canary had. Their entrance was extravagant with Impulse mocking upon Clark’s attitude towards justice and how he had donned his weird suit. As for Dinah Lance, she had asked Oliver what this meeting was about.

When a small reunion had formed, Clark had finally decided upon a name that may ultimately change the course of history. ”The Justice Society of America?” Oliver repeated trying to find a unique ring to the name. Surely enough he knew that the name was quite restrictive since it only limited their abilities within America; nevertheless, a start was needed and America was the place to go. ”Expansion wouldn’t be a problem, since I know a handful of others that may seem interested in joining us. Besides, with us four with Cyborg and Aquaman, we are only just the beginning.” The Green Arrow spoke with chastity and honest. He looked at his group knowing that the burden of protecting the world would definitely lay upon their shoulders yet he also knew that without them, crime would increase dramatically and the faces of people would show more distress than relief.

After Clark proposed the name, Oliver seemed not to object to it so that name was decided to have worked and everybody present agreed on it. "Certain someone?" Clark looked surprised. He thought that maybe Oliver was playing a joke on him and received it well in good humour. Their hands met with each other and a hearty shake was delivered. The Justice Society had been created; it was comprised of Green Arrow, Superman, Impulse, Black Canary, Cyborg, and Aquaman in the present. Oliver mentioned that expanding was not a concern that the superheroes would need to worry about since he knew about other people with superhuman powers that might be interested in joining. The only name that Clark seemed to think about when his billionaire counterpart mentioned this was Bruce Wayne; the Dark Knight and protector of Gotham City. It was true; they were only the beginning of a very large and successful foundation; a faction that was destined to change the course of humankind. Bart and Dinah had also witnessed the formation of this new justice guild and seemed to be pleased at the fact that Clark had finally joined with the likes of them, collaborating together in order to fight off crime and other evils inside the cities they took up residence in. "It's good to be with you," he said to everybody.

There was just a sort of feeling in his heart that promised him that everything was going well and that this step was the right one to take. "Crime is going to have to watch out now. There's not just one of us, but many more," Clark remarked, stepping towards the edge of the tall and towering concrete building that looked over the cityscape. However, the newly-formed team of superheroes could not rest for too much longer. Clark's super-hearing had picked up sounds of somebody screaming for help and the noise of police cars racing across the busy urban streets. He had focused on the sound and determined just where it had been coming from before turning around to face his new colleagues. For some reason, Clark could tell that Oliver was aware of his sense of danger. "There's trouble," he mentioned to everybody, looking back down towards where the police cars had been running. They were not very far from the Daily Planet and now, with their new Justice Society of America about to make their debut, Clark encouraged everybody to participate in this upcoming save. "Is everybody game?" He asked, looking back at Oliver, Bart, and Dinah all individually. Certain that everybody would agree with the black-clad costumed crime-fighter, Clark turned to face the danger scene and jumped.

"No matter what crime happens now, the Justice Society of America will be sure to stop it!"
