World News: Denash Library Set Ablaze!

The library of Denash was set ablaze by a fairly powerful vampire
and his underlings. Was this the doing of Artemis? A brave group
of travelers managed to defeat the vampire, save the head librarian,
and stop the fires from spreading.

Hey Gang. Ms. Berube sent me the following e-mail. I'd like at least one person to attend the meetings to help include H&J in the planning process. Others can go to, but it would be great to have some representation. It sounds like their excited to have us join them again. It's a great opportunity to provide an alternative to getting in trouble on Halloween. H&J is a great one at keeping people out of trouble, so it's a great fit.

Hello Hood and Jesses,
Again, peer outreach would like to work with you all to make a great, I mean scary haunted house. We would like to include you in the planning this year. We are thinking of having it upstairs this year and are also in conjunction with Bow police.
Peer outreach meets on Wed. during break in room 1202. We’d love to have you guys/girls join us to help plan.
Or, just to show up the date of the haunted house. Friday Oct. 30th is the date. Times, not sure.
Let me know,
Tracy and peer outreach

Matt Bradley here, glad to see things are up an going for another year of H&J. I hope all is going well for you, and I'm sure this year will be nothing short of spectacular.
Now that pleasantries are out of the way, if it pleases the court, I would like to help out with the haunted house. Assuming I'm free of course, as I don't Friday nights and am out of school at 2:15, I'd love to come down and lend a hand. Assuming that's alright, especially where I had to miss out on the haunted house last year due to having to work that night.
So I'd love to see more details on this as it develops so that I can come and lend a hand.

I would love to be a part of the haunted house this year and I'm sure I can get Jim and Eric to come too.

Here's another question from Tracy regarding the haunted house. I would love for someone from H&J to represent us in their planning meetings. Is anyone, maybe even a couple, willing to go to the peer outreach meetings to help plan? Doesn't have to be an officer.

Let me know your thoughts, and I can pass them on to Tracy.

Peer outreach is thinking about changing the venue for the haunted house, due to the heat in the locker room. While it works best in the locker room, we could move it to another place if your kids don’t want to be so hot down there again.
Let me know what your kids think,

I personally like the locker rooms. As long as we have water, of course.

Yeah the locker rooms are hot, but I agree with Drew. I like the locker rooms, and they're probably a lot creepier when dark.

It could be fenangled to be somewhere else, but the close quarters make it pretty easy to be stingy with supplies and keep track of everyone.

i haven't had a problem with the heat in the past and i like the locker room for the reasons stated abobe. but if we are going to do it in the locker room this year we should prepare something dampen that big light that won't turn off instead of making something up on the spot.

Well, that's why we need a representative at the peer outreach meetings.

I just spoke to Mandy from Peer Outreach. They would love some help right after school--they need muscle to help get some stuff from her house.

Thanks and have fun!
