Dimitri smiled at Cixi, "please, don't blame yourself, you did what you needed to. All I wanted was to make sure nothing happened to you, and look, you're okay, you made it through everything just fine. The only bad thing, is that I can't come back, I can't come back and be with you forever." Dimitri's form flickered and he doubled over. "I guess my time here is up." Dimitri reached out a hand and tried to stroke Cixi's face, but his hand simply passed through her. "I'm sorry Cixi, I'm sorry I can't stay here... with you." Dimitri's form flickered once more. "I just want to say... I-" Dimitri disappeared as he fnished his final words, and through the air, the words "love you," echoed in the darkness.

((OOG: okay, seriously, do you want Cixi to impale herself on her sword? Becuase it's gonna happen.)
"n-nooo," Cixi choked through the tears. "Dimitri... no, please!" she shouted. She stared longingly at the spot where he'd dissipated and finally fell to the ground, screaming as she cried. A deep pain cut through her like shards of glass, ripping all that was left of her heart to shreds. She stayed there, crying for what seemed like forever.
She reached for her dagger which rested at her hip and shakingly slid it out of its case. She stared at it, watching her distorted reflection in the blade as the ice cold tears rolled down her face. She took the serrated edge and forced it along the width of her left wrist, cutting as deep as she could manage, her screams grew uncontrollably and echoed off the trees. Warm blood trickled out and tears spilled down over it. She stopped. She stared at the wound with longing. She then took her hand and whispered waveringly "I call upon chaos..." she took one last look at the grave where Dimitri was left and her sobs died down. She wasn't scared anymore, but there was no other choice for her now. She knew she'd never be able to forget and therefore, would never fully be able to live again. She held the dark aura in her hand and felt its destructive power surge through her. One last tear streamed down her face, "... to grant you the gift of death." Her body fell limp as the warm sunset faded away into darkness.
