The year is 1969. Lord Voldemort is on the movie, fresh from his return from Albania. He has gathered followers and created a school to rival that of Hogwarts. Both worlds are in disarray. Still recovering from Grindewald's attacks, this new rise has created panic and fear among the people of England.
