[Maxwell Sigmon]

Maxwell stood in the middle of the waxed wood floor that had been lain down for dancing. The stone floors weren’t too easy to do so on. In the far corner of the wooden floor that spanned the whole room was the stage. A band would be playing on there, as well as a few students that thought they would enjoy playing for the school. Around the edges were small tables, the long house tables were hidden from view.

Balloon chins crisscrossed the room, making some kind of un-official canopy. There was a chain in gold and scarlet, another in green and silver. Connecting those two was a bronze and blue, and tying it all together was black and yellow. Why the hell Helga had to choose such bland bumble-bee colors Maxwell would never understand. The school and house banners hung all around, their animals moving about and making the walls come alive.

The stars over head with the almost full moon… only a day and a half away. The enchanted ceiling was beautiful. Too bad it would all be lost when the students came in with their loud music and dancing that looked like sex with their clothes on. Oh-well. So is life. Crossing to the doors, he checked to make sure that the staff table was laden with food, the house elves in the kitchens below ready to send up more once the plate was empty. Then he took a small key out of the pocket of his navy blue dress-robes, and unlocked the door for the students to enter the dance.

With a flick of his wand, he made the instruments start playing a simple song so that they weren’t walking in with no music.

[Vicilla Parkers]

Date shmate! Cilla was going to this dance solo and proudly! Not to mention her dress was hawt! She had took a trip to the village to find it and this one was calling her name out. Now, Cilla didn't really like getting all dolled up but this one dress was stunning. It made her heart leap. She didn't need a boy to enhance it! It was already perfect.

The hall looked amazing, music was playing as she walked in. She scanned the room. Wow. She was the first one here. She shrugged, it could have been worse. Professor Sigmon was the only other there so technically she wasn't 'first'. A smile spread across her face as her favorite song was playing. She strode to the middle and waved to the Headmaster before bouncing into a random dance move. Yea she was pretty happy. So it seemed. There was however a person on her mind but Cilla didn't show it at all during her dancing, or ever for that matter! The person was definetly not the one she thought it would be...

Erik straitened his jacket and fixed his tie. He didn’t have dress robes, so he was in his suite that his mother had packed him. He had never gone to a boarding school, so she helped him out. He walked into the room, scanning it for Jude. He was the one that invited him here. As friends, of course. He was a muggle born first year, he didn’t know what things were like. Nothing like a friend inviting you to a dance.

Erik walked in, saw the balloons, swallowed, and turned to walk out. Latex… why did they have to have that here?!

[Beck Malfoy]

ALL HAIL THE QUEEN

The line was running through Beck's head as she made her way into the Feastin Hall that was so cheaply decorated. Stupid Headmaster, could he not let the students decorate? It would have looked ten times better if she and Gem had meerly thrown a sheet over the walls. Nevertheless, the Hogwarts Slytherin Queen has arrived through the doors in nothing less than the most expensive, elaborate dress her father's money could buy for her.

Date? Who needed one when you look as good as Beck did? Surely no guy would bring her down, tonight or ever. They were fun to mess with though, Gem taught her that much. She wasn't as much as a pro as Gem was but she had picked up a few tricks here and there.

Ick. What was that? A Gryffindor dancing all by herself? Poor baby, and not to mention her dress looked like it was from Target. And Jude's ickle little friend pushing past her. "Watch where you're going twit! Don't dare step on my dress!"

Beck shook her head and moved to the punch table to grab a goblet of fruit punch from the table. At least there was something to keep her occupied until Gem arrived, and hopefully the girl brought liquor to spike it.Her mother would be proud to see her right now, all dressed up in the silky black dress and black ankle strapped shoes with a tall heel. Even with the damn heel she was still short.

[Jude Malfoy]

Jude hated dances. Crowds, rich people, booze. No, he hated them. But he was going to be there with Erik! That was fun. But he had no dress robes. His family found no reason that he should ever have to dress up for something. So he was in his regular school robes, only ironed and super clean.

He was almost into the hall when he saw Erik leaving. Rolling his eyes he hooked his arm into the other’s boys and dragged him back in. Then he saw why he was leaving.

“Erik, don’t worry about it. We’ll stay away from them okay? Let’s go get something to eat.”

[Milton Waldorf, Jr]

Milton made his way into the Feasting Hall and seen how it was decorated and he frowned. Here he was dressed in his nice clothes for this silly dance and he really didn't like dressing up. He made a promise to his sister that he would go and try and have some fun. He just wished she would have came to the dance but she refused. That girl was stubborn at times but he wasn't about to get into a fight with her over a dance or anything else for that matter. Milton just hoped that no one asks him to sing. Milton would only sing for Sissy tonight but she wasn't here and he really didn't to sing for anyone else but her. He made his way over to the table that had the punch on it and got him a glass as soon as he took a drink he spit it out. What no firewhiskey he thought to himself. Milton looked around the dance floor and at the tables where everyone was at and shook his head, everyone looked like they was bored and didn't want to be here.

[Olivia Shea]

Olivia was extatic when she saw the notice on the common room board that there was going to be a dance! She loved dancing and music and being around a bunch of silly people. Hopefully Temi would be there, she was sure he would, she left a little note on his bed asking him to go so she wouldn't be lonely in a cute dress without her bestest friend. So he ahd to come, right?

There were people there already! She saw a few of them looking bored and Vicilla dancing crazily in hte middle of the room. She giggled and rushed over to join in her with her own crazy random moves. Cilla smiled happily to Olivia and laughed a bit as the two girls danced together to the music.

In between her silly dancing she spotted Jude and Erik and rushed over, laughing hysterically as she left a still dancing Vicilla."Hey guys!"she swung her arms over there shoulders and smiled. "You look nice Erik! You to Jude! I never would have thought our school robes could double as dress robes to" she squeezed them in a small hug before releasing them and doing a silly little girlie twirl.

"How do I look, whatcha think?"she asked laughing and covered her mouth.

[Gemini Slayne]

Dateless was the way to go. No bother of matching. No worrying on what to do. No waiting on someone to get talking to their stupid friends. It was just yourself and the freedom to do what you want. Though, Gem would rather have a date. Draco was supposed to go, but he was feeling under the weather, and Gem didn't feel like having him sick. This was a dance. She was going to look like she was miserable, not actually be it.

Gemini wanted one person as her date. Mark Potter. Because she wanted him to be her's and have them fall in love? Nah. Because if those lips touched another girl's, Gemini would have to do everything in her body to contain herself from either vomitting or attacking. Gemini's time with Mark was drawing to a close and now, she wanted nothing more than to sneak off with him to the closet and just...ravish him. A wish she would never recieve.

Gemini walked over towards Beck and sighed, "Gorgeous as always."

[Artemis Kaulitz]

Temi hadn't wanted to go. Going alone wasn't all that fun for him. He didn't like not having anyone under his arm. Even if it was Olivia, he wouldn't have cared. He wanted someone though. He wasn't going to go, but it looked like too much fun to back out. Then, it came to him. Tobby might be there. Temi smiled to him. Yes! Tobby! Plus, Olivia would be there to entertain him.

So, he walked into the dance dressed in black skinny jeans and a black button down shirt. Like normal, he had one black fingerless glove on his left hand. His converse were cleaned and they looked pretty. His nails were painted a grey with sparkles. Why sparkles? Cause Lizette had put sparkles in his grey nail polish. So they were sparkly.

"Olivia Shea! You look absolutely amazing! A modern day Cinderella!" he grinned running up behind her and hugging her. "Um...Hi Jude...and...you must be Erik..." Temi had grown to have a little more respect for Jude. He had Erik now! They were cute together. He was happy that he wasn't the only non-straight one that he knew. Okay, there was the Asian kid in Gryffindor, but no matter how cute he was, he wasn't as cuddly as Temi would want.

[Dante Hunters]

Ah yes, the long heard of dance every girl in school was talking about. A few tried to ask him but he turned them down lightly. It's not that he wasn't into girls, he just didn't feel the need to go with some stranger he had only known for a few seconds becuase she thought he was hot. No, Dante Hunters was far more sophisticated than that. He took no time getting ready, he was used to classy events. His whole family through a ball a week backin Italy. Either for wedding ceremony or just because they needed something to do, he was dressed up. this was no exception. he owled his mother telling her he needed a new suit and before sunset that day, he recieved his crisp, new tuxedo.

It was gorgeous as always, she had exquisite taste and naturally knew her son's size since he was beginning to get to the age he was bound to stick to. his father looked seventeen but he was sure he would get to be older than he before his body stopped aging.

Without further ado, Dante walked in and looked around the not so crowded room. The enchanted ceiling was always his favorite of the castle. The stars floating above, they looked so peaceful. Hands dug into his pockets, a habit he acquired from his father and he made his way over to grab a cup of juice,

"Excuse me ladies" he said to the fellow Slytherins that stood in his way. He reached in and grabbed a glass before turning and looking to the people beginning to file in.

Al had wanted to ask Cilla, but he couldn't get up the guts to do it. It was sad. Well, how do you ask out your best friend? Its hard! And that was his excuse, and he was sticking to it. Instead, he went stag. What other way is there? He would try to dance with her as much as he could. Al wanted to spend all his time with her.

"Vicilla...oh Merlin! She looks like a girl!" Al gasped, dropping his jaw as he walked closer to her. "Its a nice look, but I don't think it should stay...I didn't know you could walk in heels."

Vicilla was shaking it and getting down to the music just becuase she could. Not very well though, she was dorkified but having fun. No one else was dancing so why not? She had been dancing with Olivia for a bit before she rushed off laughing and out of no where another voice came in, AL!

"Well don't get used to it. I'm only dolled up 'cuz the recquirements were formal. If I could have busted up in here with jeans believe me hun, I would have!" she poked his amr playfully and smiled. Ha! The guy that she had been thinking of was here. The dufus bestie she loved, though possibly more than she should but whatever, it's not like Cilla would ever be gushy and confess her feelings! She was to tough for that kinda thing,

"But look at you looking all nice and shizzle." she looke dhim up and down. Merlin he was gorgeous. "I can't see you flying a broom in that thing though. As for heels." she lifted her dress to her ankle, "flats baby!"

[Olivia Shea]

Olivia gasped and let out a small laugh as she turned to wrap her arms around her beloved buddy. He looked so cool in his pants and converse sneakers! She bounced up and down bit and smiled.

"Temi! Thanks!! You look amazing!"she held his hands lightly at her side and looked to his nails. "Ohmygosh I love this!"she lifted his hands to show him his nails. "I wanna use it! I love sparkles!" She clapped her hands and sid a little twirl again. She was such a girle girl it wasn't even funny. But she was a cutie small fry.

[Sarah Waldorf]

Sissy had decided not to go to the dance for one reason and one reason only but she just couldn't stay in the CR for the rest of the night while everyone was having a good time. So she got up and went up stairs and changed into her party dress and went back down and headed to the party. As she entered the Feasting Hall she could see all of her freinds there and her brother. She smiled as she walked in and made her way up to Milton and nudged him in the arm. "Hey there." she said with a grin and looked at Beck and Gem. This was going to be fun she hoped anyway.

The dress that she was wearing was a white one. It had on sleeve on the right arm and some of right side was out and it had fringes at the bottom just above the knees. She was wearing some pearls and pearl earrings and wearing heels to go with the dress.

[Milton Waldorf, Jr]

Milton turned around and looked at who was talking to him and he smiled when he seen Sissy standing there. He looked at her dress and smiled "Wow sis you look great, I didn't know you had a dress like this." he told her as he looked at it. He knew that he would have to keep an eye on her here tonight so no guys would try anything funny. "Go have fun sis." Milton told her with a wink as he gave her a little shove in the direction of the dance floor. He chuckled as she gave him a dirty look but it was worth it to see her having fun.

[Luna Hunters]

Luna figured it would be one of the better ideas to make an appearance. Grace the world with her presence. She would have went down with Dante, but he had complained that she was taking to long. Which was probably true. Perfection and beauty was going to be easy to come by on this night, but Luna. She was going to surpass them all. No matter what. Beauty was a typical state for Luna Hunters, but perfection to the max was something that took a bit of time. She wasn't about to leave her dorm without it.

She walked into the room. She wouldn't notice if anyone looked. Her eyes were straight focused on her brother. She looked to the boy that stood next to him and raised a brow. Luna just shook her head and looked to her brother. "Dante, please, tell me that this dance is going to get better. Its dull as a Hufflepuff right now," Luna whined to her brother. Her appearance had been made. Now, she had to deal with the night. If she left, it would look bad. Instead, she would have to stay.

Dante would keep her company. The joys of a twin brother. No matter how difficult it gets, he's there for her. Lu loved her brother for being there. He was the only male their age ever worthy of her time. And he was the only one that ever would be.

[Dante Hunters]

He turned his head lightly and sipped his drink. That voice was definetley the one of his beloved sister. Dante smiled softly. He didn't have to tell her how lovely she looked, she knew it. But he would anyway.

"Luna,sembrate stupefacenti. Le stelle nel cielo non possono lucidare luminoso come." (you look amazing. The stars in the sky can't shine as bright as you do.) He kissed her cheek and smiled. He was blessed to have such a wonderful sister. "I am fairly sure the dance will dazzle up now that you are here. If not, well, we don't hae to stay" It's not like there were any girls here worth looking at anyhow. So plain. So ordinary.

He sipped the drink again, looking around. this place was dullsville. They would have to liven it up somehow. These feeble mortals should feel honored for the Hunters to gravce there presences.

[Artemis Kaulitz]

Temi laughed. That was the reason he wore the sparkles. Olive and Tobby would probably love it. He liked it being plain grey because then it looked like pencil lead and didn't stain his nails like it. But the glitter was interesting to say the least. "Kay. I'll give the bottle after the dance," he smiled, "and then we can be nail buddies!" He watched her spin. He was so happy he met his Olive.

"Olivia Shea, will you do me the honor in being my gorgeous, peppy, and very blue date for the night?" Temi asked, leaning forward into a bow. He took her hand and kissed the top of it. He looked up to look her into the eye and started cracking up. So much for that being like a Disney Prince or something of the romantic sort...

[Luna Hunters]

Luna smiled to her brother. She eyed the room. No boys even looked appealing. They were all making fools of themselves. Her eyes narrowed in on a pair. An Emo boy and a peppy little girl in blue. Blond. Her mother had taught her to hate all Blondes. (Accept, Buffy because she was their god-mother and their father would have a fit if they were rude to her.) The boy was a weakling. She had noticed him before. Could could push him into a wall and he wouldn't utter a word back. Anti-Violence or something.

She nudged Dante and nodded her head in the direction of the pair, "Sickening, isn't it? How they fall all over each other? Boys and girls, whether they be friends or lovers, they always flaunt and act like complete morons. Isn't it such a damn shame..." Her eyes flowed among the room. There were people kissing and laughing. Groups dancing about like idiots. All of it was just...distrubing. If she had ever acted like that, Dante would have to kill her. It was pathetic. Human. Mortal. Weak.

[Cirrus Malfoy]

Cirrus walked into the Great Hall. Under his arm, the dazzling Eureka Paris. Did he like her? Nah. He just saw her in the common room. She was a seventh year as well. She was gloriously beautiful. And he decided to bring her. Cirrus Malfoy? Go alone? Never! His dress, the frilly pink dress wonder, was waving to her friends and clinging to him. She was so happy. It was almost annoying. 'She's lucky she's hot or no one would have her...ever...' Cirrus thought to himself.

He brought Eureka over to the group. He grinned to Milton. He looked to his sister and Beck. Of course. Both were in black. Who didn't see that coming? Well, actually, he tought Gem would be in green or something. Normally, she went with colors. And then, his eyes landed on Sissy. He stopped breathing. His face fell. She was the most beautiful in the room. He knew it. Would he admit it? Never.

"Night guys. I'm sure you know Eureka Paris," he grinned, nodding to his lovely date.

"Hi! Oh Merlin! You guys look beautiful! You know like...Swans! Or something...." And Eureka broke into giggles.
