WELCOME!

It was time for his first class of the new term. Something easy for the new firs-years. Like, simple spells.

Maxwell didn’t do simple.

The classroom was bare, and soon enough there would be almost mass caos when the students realized that their headmaster was also their teacher.

Gemini yawned as she entered the classroom. She blinked, noticing it was empty. Dammit. Maybe she should just turn around and leave. She hated being so early to class! She looked like a freaking nerd or something. And to be alone in a room with a Mudblood! Ugh! Sickening! He could give her a disease or something filthy like that. Ew. The Headmaster probably already noticed her so no try in escaping. It would look odd if she just left. Why would they have a mudblood teach such an important class? Hell! Why would a mudblood get to be incharge of an entire school!? It was obsurd.

Gem knew she should have waited for Beck, but no....she had to rush off. Gemini wanted to catch a glimpse of...dare she admit it...Dante Hunters. It was nothing really big. She was just hoping to maybe set up a time where they could talk. A time when Sissy, Luna, or Beck weren't around. Just the two fo them...like this summer. That day was still kept a secret from Beck and the girls and the Malfoys. She had wanted to catch him leaving so bad, but when she did, she had seen the back of his head. It had put her in an irratible mood all day.

Gemini took a desk to the right and near the middle of the room. She placed her stuff on her desk and dug through her bag until she found her compact. She took it out and looked at her reflection in the mirrior. Gem made sure that there wasn't even a trace of curl in her hair. There was no way she was going to look like her mother this year. Not a frizzed out curl would be in sight of her hair. Where was Beck at? Or Sissy? Or Dante? Ugh. People. So unreliable to keep you company.

Beck had taken her time to get ready this morning. She was in no mood to go down to eat breakfast being surrounded by mudbloods and half breeds. Summer was over. Ugh and she had to return to this Merlin-foresaken place. The only good that came out of it was Gemini, even though Gem practically lived at her house anyway. But school was teaching her good things she would need to suceed in life. Even if the Headmaster was a Mudblood. Ick. As she turned the cornever to class, she caught a glimpse of the empty room. Poor Gem sat all alone. Served her right for running out and leaving Beck! Beck's eyes rolled, she couldn't be mad at Gem, it wasn't her fault.

"I am sick of this palce already! she walked in and took a seat next to her loyal friend. "Not only are there more mudbloods here this year, but the hat was debating outting them in OUR house. We have a few already, we don't need more!" She huffed loudly and sulked back into her chair. hopefully her friend would compliement her hair or something to make her feel better. Merlin knew she needed to smile a bit more before she got wrinkles and frown lines!

Gem found herself a little disappointed to see Beck. Wow. That is an odd feeling. Disappointed and Beck never came together. Maybe it was spending all summer with her? Nah. Beck wasn't who Gem wanted to see. She smiled to her friend as she went on about the mudbloods. She was so right though! She ever right to rant about them. It was ridiculous!

"I know, Love, I know. Its horrible, really. The odor in these halls. It would be like standing next to a pile of Hippogriff dung. Seriously, something needs to be done." Gem mused on the idea for a second or two. "Maybe we should get flowers put throughout the hallways. That should take away from the scent a bit. Or make them take their classes outside."

Didn't sound like such a bad idea to Gemini. Really it sounded like a good idea. Slytherins inside and everyone else outside. The Squid would like the company. They all smelt alike. And they had the same intelligence. Well, except the Ravenclaws. They were pretty smart at times.

beck rolled her eyes. Sometimes gem could be a bit annoying. " Please Gem, flowers? They would die the moment they felt the stench from the mudbloods. Horendous it is. Although, having their classes outsides would be a nice gesture, heavens knows the Womping Willow would love a game of catch with them. Dangling them by their feet would be the highlight of it's life." her eyes narrowed as she looked to the front of the classroom. The damn Headmaster was a muggle born fool, how do they let someone so unworthy of the job teach here let alone be Headmaster?

" I know one imparticular mudblood who needs a lesson taught to him. And I know just what to do. Only if you're up for though dear Gem?" she smiled slyly to her friend. Of course she'd be up to it! She was Gemini Slayne. She was up for anything. Sometimes she drove Beck mad, but Beck couldn't help but want her by her side.

Gemini giggled as the image of the Whomping Willow flinging mudbloods across the lake came to mind. Really, that wasn't a bad idea. Outside classes, but then, all the Slytherins couldn't play Quidditch because the stentch woudl be too bad out there. Maybe they could make a field away from all of them. A private field...with a snack bar! Yeah, that would be a good idea. Gemini missed breakfast so food was sounding pretty good. A granola bar.

Her eyes followed Beck's up to the headmaster. The one-eyed fool. That man had so many issues. First off, he was friends with her mother. That was sick and strange. Gemini couldn't understand how her mother could even associate with such trash. Then, the bastard had given Beck and Gem so many detentions it hadn't been funny. Gemini was sick of it, "My dear friend, when am I not up for teaching some disgusting, pathetic mudblood their place? Of course I am!"

She crossed her arms and laid them desk, propping herself up a bit. She was gleaming. Oh the joys of a new year!

Amber skipped her mary way to class. Yay! She was going to have stuff to do! Even if it was stupid, boring, stuffy homework...it was stuff! Amber was happier than anybody in the world. She was going to be entertained by the world and the world was gonna be happy! Amber hated being bored more than she hated homework. Now, she could ask all the cuties to help her out. The only bad thing about classes...were already in the room.

"Oh Merlin! Haven't you two gotten expelled yet? Or is your mother teaching and your daddy's money keeping you two in here?" Amber asked with false enthusaism as she took a seat closer to the front.

Amber flipped back her hair. Those two really did amaze her. Why didn't they just quit and home school if they were just going to make people hell? 'They don't even like muggle born! Why do they do they deal with them?' Amber asked herself. She didn't want to say anything in front of the Headmaster about that. He wasn't a pureblood after all. Things might get offensive. It was the start of the year. If she pissed off Beck and Gem too much right now...well...Amber didn't feel like fighting them off all the time.

Fighting could cause blemishes and make Amber look bad if she didn't have the ingredients for a consealing potion. That just didn't need to happen!

Beck smiled as Gem agreed to accompany her in all her dark deeds. What a friendship these two had! She crossed her arms just as smugly and watched the front of the class. Oh, Headmaster Sigmon was in for a wicked trick or treat this year!

" Gah! What is that aweful sound! Oh. It's just you Weasley. Why of course we are still here. Did you think Hogwarts could stand a chance without us? Surely not! Not with the likes of you lot running around like you own the place. Besides, I'm the smartest witch here. Why would I get expelled? I have no reason..... One must be caught to get expelled, I NEVER get caught you understand little Weasley?" Beck turned her face from the disguisting creature that stood before her. As if she ever needed to speak to a Weasley! Ick.

"DO you see Gem? Ingrades trying to get us in trouble. If we get caught, I'll know exactly who to turn to first."

Sissy made her way to class finally after talking to her brother for thrity minutes or so. She had over heard what the Weasley girl had said to Beck and Gem and she didn' t like it. "Wesley you need to watch your mouth" she told her as she took her seat next to her friends. "Hey you two."

Sissy didn't like mudbloods any better than her friends did and she wished she could do something about them all but she couldn't not here at school anyway. What a year this is going to be she thought to herself. She just hoped her git of a brother didn't show up in class right now.

Amber rolled her eyes as Beck started to run her mouth. She really didn't care. She wanted to just punch her in the face or something. She couldn't. The Headmaster was in the room, and she just got a manicure and really didn't want to mess up her nails. While Beck was talking, Amber looked at her nails. They were crimson with gold sparks. They were all Gryffindor and pretty!

And then, Waldorf had to come in and start running off her mouth. Amber groaned and looked up to her, "Please, Waldorf, just shut up. I'm not scared you. So you and your face with the huge pores can go somewhere." Amber looked down at her feet. She wanted Delta to be here. He would protect her incase Waldorf decided to attack. Amber really didn't want to mess up her pretty nails!

Dante swaggered in class. His eyes a deep, dark black. Luna scolded him, told him it was foolish to go so long without feeding but did he listen? No, he wanted to make himself stronger. He could only think of starving himself would do that, to want the blood, need it but to stop himself from it, that would make him great! But how much more could he withstand? He held his head high as he grabbed a seat in the front. At least this way he didnt have to look at the humans from the back of the class. He could sit here and just endure the smell.
He hadn't paid any mind to the people in here, the scents were all jumbled up and he couldnt make heads for tails out of them nor did he try. Gem was somewhere amongst them, yet he paid no mind. His head had to stay clear. He must work through this! He had to! It was for these humans' own good and his own. If people find out what Luna and he was, things could be deadly. He could only picture it. The Malfoys picking at he and Luna becuase they were different and Luna ripping their heads off and getting them sentenced the Azkaban or worse, burned at the spot. Luna was the fire cracker of the family, he had to keep her safe. He had to keep them all safe. Now, he was thinking just like his father yet he didnt even know for when Chase attended Durmstrang, he put off his studies to keep the wolves and vampires and humans, all of them, safe.

Le sigh.

Gemini rolled her eyes at Weasley and laughed along with Beck. "Oh please, Beck! Please. Like she would ever have the backbone to turn us in. She couldn't risk her families safety. They would so easily be taken down." Gemini sighed and flipped her hair at Amber. Oh yeah. That was a complete burn! Hair flipping at someone was the equivilant to flashing the middle finger. Only, if someone saw, they couldn't yell at you for it. Cause yeah...hair flipping is just pretty. "Hello Sissy." Gemini smiled sweetly to her friend. She nodded her head.

Gemini looked to Beck and started to just talk, "So, I was telling you in the hall that if you use the paler foundation with the black eyeliner and the purple eye shadow, it will give you this look that is just...oh Merlin gorgeous! I saw it in a magazine. The girl looked so much like you...except less pretty. And I just..." She stopped talking as someone else entered the room. She looked back and saw Dante. He looked...off. Gemini's pale cheeks were suddenly a bright pink. Her eyes followed him. "I just...um...what was I saying, Beck? I'm sorry, I have forgotten." Her eyes looked back to Dante one more time before returning to Beck and Sissy. She was worried about him. Severely worried. Gem had never seen him look so bad. She had never looked so bad! It was horrible.

Melody made her way to DADA. She was good in classes that involved wands. She could just flick them and say something in some language she didn't understand and ta-daaaaa. It was better then potions. Which took like an hour to do something that tasted horrible when you ate it. So Melody stuck with wands.

She skipped over to Amber and sat next to her. "Hola." She turned over to Sarah and stuck her tounge out at her. She had no idea why, she just felt it'd be appropriate.

The Weasley girl skipped past Dante and his nostrils flared. Her scent was just as inviting as the next to walk past him. Dante thought for sure he was going to pass out. But that would be a sight wouldn't it? When he got to the nurse and he was running a hundred degree fever due to the fact that he was part werewolf? Grand. He put his hand out to stop the girl, grab her arm if he could, just a nibble.... but she had already went by and took her seat near her sister.. or cousin. There were to many Weasley's here. Dante couldn't keep up. But they all smelled so good! He craned his head just in time to see Gem looking at him, worry across her delicate face. He nodded to her and sulked back down in his seat. Where was Luna? He needed her right about now... she should be coming. Unless she had skipped to feed. He tried to swallow the bit of saliva in his throat but nothing went down. Dry. He needed something. anything.

Beck nodded to Gem, oblivious to the others now. Beck Malfoy didn't have time for the lieks of Weasley's or any other. She was far to good for any of them! The thankfully, Gem changed the subject. Gem completely lost her train of thought... that never happened before, especially about makeup !

" You were saying about the foundation."she urged impatiently. " Somehting about the makeup and all right before you..." she watched as Gem looked over to the Hunters boy quickly. Beck pursed her lips, nostrils flared. She would not be second best to a thing like that! "I think, maybe we should talk later, when there are less, oh I don't know, distractions."Beck hissed and pulled up her book so it blocked Gem from view. She wasn't angry that Gem forgot her words, she wasn't even angry that Gem was looking at a boy, heavens no. It was just that Gem had to chose Hunters of all disasterous creatures to shove in front of Beck. She was never going to be second to him. Beck was always first in Gem's eyes! And first she will remain!

Sarah looked at Amber and smirked at her. "You should be afraid of me Weasley." she told her in a whisper just as the Professor looked up and she sat back and crossed her arms. Sissy looked over at Beck and Gem and grinned at them and then she noticed Dante was in the room and how Gem was all nervous. Sissy's mind went to the one she had a crush on but quickly shook her head. I can't let that distract me now she thought to herself.

Analeigh walked in class nervously, late yes, but she had difficulty finding her way around. She had never been in a place so big before! And the stairs! They confused her more than anything she had ever seen! She bit her lip and looked around the room. So many people in here. Her nervous flutter sprinkled up the electricity somehow and the lights flickered.

"Calm down, Ana!" Lexa whispered next to her. "You'll blow the place up!" He hovered next to her as she took a seat, avoiding people's stares or glances if they were looking her way. She only wondered if anyone could see him, Lexa. She didnt think so, no one could any other time, why now? The Professor with the sorting hat didnt see him flittering about under her chair, or if she did, she paid him no mind. Her hands clutched in fists as the scared feeling was coming back. Oh no! Its doing that again! she thought. "Deep breaths Ana, Deeeeeeeeep. Dont let it get out!" he always tried to console her, it worked most of the time. She felt it, the tip of her fingers were aching in her fist. And her mind drifted. It went along the sun, along the moon and stars to keep from thinking of the power. And before she knew it, her fists unclutched and she let out a breath. "See now, calm. It's going to be ok. You'll do so well here, I know it!" but she paid him no mind. Her mind was still trying to figure out why she was here in the firest place.

Gemini gasped as Beck talked about distractions. He wasn't a distraction...he was a center piece. He could be a statue of a roman god! He could be anything! Gem shook her head violently. She had to think of something to say against him. Something anything. "Puh-lease! Beck...seriously...it Dante Hunters! He's a nut case. Like I would ever even let myself like him. Sure, he's got a pretty face and he's really smart and...and...well, he thinks that he's better than you. And that makes him crazy! And I don't mess with crazies..." She flipped her hair back and stuck her nose up in the air. Oh great save Gemini Sage. Great save! Call him crazy.

She sighed and looked to the cover of Beck's book, "C'mon! I'm sorry! I just caught a glimpse. Dante means....Dante is Dante. Its not like I like him or anything! He doesn't even talk to anyone or anything...why would I even look at him?" Well, she wasn't exactly sure if she was lying or not there. She knew that she had feelings of some sort for Dante. But they were stronger than just like liking him... Gemini just wanted Beck to look at her and talk to her. It would royally suck if she lost her. She would have to be Dante's friend. And...befriend Luna. Ew. Luna Hunters. Gem didn't think she could do that.
