General Rules * You must have a decent first and last name. No names like: iloveharry56 or harrys_love. Anyone with a name like ^^ needs to either PM me with a decent one, or be deleted.*
* Absolutely NO MARY JANES'!* We don’t want to have a million people with the same personality. Be UNIQUE!
*The Drama queen/king, ignorance, clairvoyance thing is not allowed.
*ADMINISTRATORS ARE TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT, NO MATTER WHAT. Anyone who doesn't heed this rule will find theirselves banned quicker than they can say Crucio.
*DO NOT complain to Administrators for any changes made. As a matter of fact, Don't complain at all. Any complaints, unless valuable, will be disregarded.
* You are allowed up to TWO characters here, After you have managed having 2 characters, if you want another, you will need to request it, and fill out an application.
Avatars and Signatures *You may have an avatar of whatever type of pic you like, so long as it is not offensive and as long as it is not pornographic. Up to 4 warnings will get you the electric chair, and trust us, you don’t want to go there.
*You are required to have a signature.
*Signatures must not exceed 400x200.
Activity *Inactivity is frowned on at this site. Please be active. If your account is found inactive for 3 weeks, you will be warned. After a month of inactivity your account will be deleted. So please be active. Posting at least twice a week will keep us off your tail so...just do it.
*No God-moding! You don’t rule the world. You are not "supreme" nor are you "superior" to any else. If a person isn't on when you are and you don’t want to wait..guess what? You're going to HAVE to wait anyway.
*Posts must be a MINIMUM of 5 sentences. If you find that you can’t produce 5 quality sentences, do not post at all until you can do so.
*There is a thing called spell check. Learn to use it. It is not pretty to see words that can be found all over the forum spelt wrongly. If you are not sure how to spell something, use another word instead.
*Any one-liners found will be deleted, and house points will be taken.
*DO NOT start using OOC posts in the middle of a RP. This makes the board look tacky, and no one wants that.
*Even though we respect everyone's race and background , we ask nicely that all posts be in English as this site is English language based. Please do not post in any other languages, unless you are going to translate it.
*If you are going to be absent for a period of time, even if its just a couple of days, please post in the Away forum.
Sexual Language and Swearing *You may kiss, hold hands, cuddle, and be mushy all you want. After all, it is college. Sexual relations are to be kept private. Overall, keep it clean please.
*Users should only swear if it is absolutely necessary. It should be used only if the user is expressing anger, and it must not be offensive to any other user. It's not for use with every other sentence, on a regular basis. If we find it happening, the user will get warned, and then banned if it continues.*
*Also, there is to be NO VIOLENCE. No killing off someone because they said something mean. Please dont make it where I have to re-emphasize this.*
*If you find that you haven't been sorted into the right house, Or you dislike where you've been sorted, PM the headmistress, and she will discuss your options with you.
