so according to what u typed sparta lost every battle it had, and are a complete set of fannys...... how can this be true???

I heard several times that at the Battle of Adrianople (AD 378), a Spartan phalanx defeated raiding Goths. But I can't find any information about the origin of this statement. Does anybody knows where I can find evidence for this?
