No spamming, etc
Do not post or send us a PM asking to be on the staff. Anyone who does this will not be considered for a staff position.
No excessive cursing. If you're the type of person who curses every other second in real life, get ahold of yourself and don't do it here.
No advertising in the cbox. Also, if you have a site of your own, kindly refrain from discussing it in our cbox. The cbox is for this site, kindly do your recruiting elsewhere. Also, don't PM members from this site, asking them to join your site.There is an advertising board.
Any problems at all will not be taken care of in IC threads. They will be discussed in OOC areas like on the miscellaneous board, on the cbox, or through PM. If you cannot resolve your problems PM a staff member.
DO NOT ARGUE WITH THE STAFF. If you have a disagreement on something bring it up and talk it out, follow the first rule, and what this is basically saying is if you have discussed it (and the admin will hear your side out) and the admin makes a final decision that you don't like then move on, its life, not to be mean or anything but there is always things you wont like just follow the rules.
You may post twice in a row, but not immediately one after the other, and not if one post will do.
It is OK to post for more than one character at a time.
All things posted in the RPG boards must be IN CHARACTER. If you must put something that is not in character in your post, please put OOC before it, and IC before the next part of your post that is in character.
All actions should be written in third person as though it's a book written as such. (ie-"I walked over to Bob.")
Thoughts should be in italics. This is done by putting [ i ] before the thought and [ / i ] after it (no spaces).
You may not act for another player's character (unless given express permission by that player). Generally we overlook minor transgressions here if no one complains, but DO NOT BREAK THIS RULE IN BATTLE.
You may not kill another player's character. ((Look down for more info though!))
No characters are omnipotent. The game is no fun if the characters have no flaws.
You may control secondary characters (or NPCs), and they may be created by you, but remember that you may not control another player's character. Generally, it is not good form to control another player's secondary characters as well.
If you leave for too long, we will kill your character off. It's that simple. If you plan on leaving for an extended period of time you MUST TELL US. If you come back and are upset that your character is dead, too bad. You may remember that if you leave for a certain period, your account will be deleted. This is an extension of that. Just keep that in mind if you decide to scamper off without warning..
You may have up to 5 characters. You don't have to have more than one character, but you can make more if you'd like. You may not have any more than five characters, however.
Posts must be at least one (1) paragraphs long (= about: 5 full, long sentences!). I understand that a lot of people are busy and don't have time for long posts. But usually, posts are much better and more thought-out when they are longer. All I ask is 1 paragraphs per post.
Keep it clean. If your post is going to contain adult material, you must state it in the subject of the post by adding (NC-17) or ®. You may add (PG-13) if you'd like, but most posts are considered PG-13 already. By adult material, I mean posts containing blatant sexual situations. Adult language doesn't qualify, and neither does innuendo.
SPELL CHECK! and do not use net speak!
One place, one time. Your character cannot be in more than one place at a time. Period. You can switch threads after the character moves to a different location, but you cannot be posting in two threads at once with one character.
You may post a picture of your character on your character sheet. It is not required, but you may, as long as the picture is NOT excessive (or nude or anything else absurd) and you don't steal someone else's bandwidth by direct linking. If you have nowhere to save a picture online, try Photobucket. Your picture may be of a celebrity, but it may also be artwork done by yourself or someone who has allowed you to use his or her artwork if you are so inclined. If you do choose a picture, please put it in your character's profile (and list the model's actual name). That way we can keep track of the names of the celebrities/etc. so that there are no repeats.
You must post a character within your first three (3) weeks of membership.
Do NOT post more than maximium of TWO (2) posts in a row!
No killing without permission. Please note, agreeing into combat with a foe is permittitance from both sides to lethality. Also, the power and likely hood of death, is dependant on the status and rank of your character.
The rules are color coded depending on the severity.
Yellow: This means it verys depending on the severity.
Blue: Possible warning, but nothing harsh.
Orange: Your pushing your luck! Could result in warning and/or suspensions.
Red: Automatic suspension and possible banned.
Purple: Automatic Ban!

No advertising your own forum in any other topic than Affiliates! And there are certain rules to be followed.
Your signature can be no more than 200 pixels high & 540 pixels wide. Any siggys larger and you will be asked to remove it or the staff will.
Your avatar can be 100 X 100 pixels. Any larger and it may result in the shrinking of an image, which could possibly be distorted.
Swearing does happen. Damn, hell, and other "lighter" cuss words are fine. Although don't drop the F-Bomb more than 2-3 times a topic! Please, their could be 5 year olds looking at the site (Who knows why a five year old's looking at the site, but still!)
No links to websites that display or promote Hatred, Porn, Child Abuse, Grotesque Images or Anything Illegal or Questionable.
Complaints about a member should be sent via PM to any staff member. Complaints about a staff member should be sent by PM to an Administrator.
Administrator & Moderator decisions are final.
Do not post links to illegal sites or give directions how to illegally download something etc...
If any member is breaking the rules they will be warned, put on post watch, suspended or banned depending on the severity of the situation. ((I'm pretty generous when it comes to banning and suspension, so if you want to stay on the site, just act right.))
