Lackluster E3 for Nintendo

Well, I was originally hoping that the next gen Wii U was going to be good, until I heard about the tablet gamepad. There is some speculation that this handheld tablet will also be the game console itself that you hold in your hand to play?!?

A few months back, when developers which were working on games for the Wii U chimed in on how it wasn't any 'better' in terms of graphics or power, that's when I lost all hope for the Wii U. When Nintendo originally announced that their system was going to be more powerful than the XBOX 720 and PS4, everything was cool. They later announced that they put all of their money into producing this tablet gamepad instead.

I don't have high hopes for any of the next gen consoles.

Over the years, I have learned to trust search engine articles, the mainstream media, and gossip columns exponentially less than I imagined I would. Seems to me the tone of Mr. Silverman's article is somewhat reminiscent of a fair weather fan. 'Hate them unless they perform.' The diatribe against Nintendo for their business ethics is nothing new. I'm sure Nintendo will do fine.
