Well, we all know that Secret of Mana and such are based a lot upon Zelda, but there are other more obscure zelda clones out there.. Here's the ones I know of:
Zelda 1 and 3 clones:
Neutopia - TG16
Neutopia II - TG16
Star Hearts - Wonderswan
Dicing Knight - Wonderswan
Crusader of Centy - Sega Genesis
Crystalis - NES
Golden Axe Warrior - Master System, Game Gear
Alundra - Playstation
Willow - NES
Illusian of Gaia - SNES
Terranigma - SNES
Shining Wisdom - Sega Saturn
Mythos - C64 (Project canceled but there was a demo/POC released)
There are also several pc clones that have been made, but I'm not going to get in to them. Some people will argue that gauntlet and dungeon explorer are zelda clones, but you see, I haven't listed them :/

Dicing Knight is very loosely based on or inspired by zelda, but with fast action and random dungeons, and it's probably about impossible to find.
Regarding those games, you are right on the money!!!!
Add PS2's Dual Hearts to that list (published by Atlus).
