Nadine Coyle is well over her Desperate Houswives ex-boyfriend Jesse Metcalfe.

The gorgeous Girls Aloud singer has made American television star Dave Annable her new Love Machine (did I write that... sorry!).

Fit and muscly Dave, who dazzles on the small screen as Justin Walker in the new drama Brothers And Sisters, bears an uncanny resemblance to her ex Jesse.

Jesse lookalike Dave bumped into Nadine at a party in LA last week. He did all the running when he spotted leggy Nadine strutting her stuff on the dancefloor at trendy nightclub Hyde.

In a romantic - and slightly cheesey - move to impress her, he sent a massive bouquet of flowers to the 22-year-old performer's hotel room. It must have worked, as they hooked up most nights in LA last week. It must be a kick in the teeth for Nadine's ex Jesse, who recently told me that he was having difficulty moving on after she ditched him for cheating on her in March.

A pal of Nadine's said: "She was very flattered by all his attention. Dave is a very good looking guy.

"They are being cautious - people have warned her about having another long-distance relationship.

"Plus Girls Aloud have a lot of stuff on with a new single Sexy, No No No and then an album."

I reckon she should enjoy it while it lasts - I wouldn't say no, no, no to dashing Dave.
