Rules
First off, thankyou for joining Gaming Head Quarters. We aim to provide all our users with a community where they feel welcome and enjoy spending some of their online time. In order to do this we have produced some rules and guidelines that members must follow, in order for everyone to have the best experience possible here.


Member manners


  • Please don't ask to be promoted to one of the staff positions. If we feel you are suited to becoming a staff member we will come and talk to you.


  • No comments related to political debate outside of the debate forum. We don't want a political war on our hands. This is a gaming forum, not a politics one.


  • No comments with insults in any racist, sexist, religous or ageist form.


  • No insulting other members or staff.


  • Word filters have been put in to block out certain words. Please do not try to trick them. If you want to swear, surely its much more fun to say it aloud. And if not, well star the whole word out e.g. ****.


  • Spam is not allowed. It consists of Short, pointless or annoying messages/posts which are not usually relevant to a topic.


  • No links to innappropriate sites. This includes pornography, and any illegal activities.


  • Respect the staffs decisions. If a topic is closed, it has been done so for a reason. If you would like to change one of the staffs desicions. Please PM the relevant staff member. Administrators have the final say in any desicion.



Support


  • If there is something wrong with your member account, or you wish to seek advice on anything to do with the board please contact one of the Admins.


  • If you are unhappy with the way a member has treated you or the way a member of staff has handled a situation please contact an Administrator, rather than the member of staff.


  • If you need gaming support post atopic in the relevant console forum, with details of the game. Some of our members may be able to help you.


  • We are not a counselling service, but if there is anything else you need support with most of our administrators/staff will be willing to chat. However be aware that they may forward on information you tell them.



User Controls


  • Signatures- Maximum of 3 images that cannot be any deeper than 440 pixels in total(all 3). Also must not stretch off the screen.


  • Avatars- Cannot take up more space than 120Kb


  • If a member of staff asks you to remove or change your signature or avatar, due to excessive size or space. Please comply. Users who do not within 2 days will have their image forcibly removed.


  • Members may only have one account. If you have other members of your family wishing to have an additional account please PM an administartor.




If these rules/guidelines are not followed, suitable punishment will be issued to the member/s who breaks the rules.
