Yes, yes I do. To do it simply, just get out your eliptical marquee tool, circle the eye, (if it doesn't get the whole iris, just hold down shift and add some more), hit ctrl and get rid of the pupil selection. Then go Image -> Adjusments -? Hue/Saturation. and play around in there till you find the colour you want. Simple.

Okay so I lied, I do that a lot, you don't need to deselect the pupil. Thus ends the extent of my Photoshop knowledge.
