Another Hello!

Hello everyone!
Bought my first 4X4 3 weeks ago and love it! I have an 02 registered Freelander Td4 ES Auto. I bought it because i'm hoping to get a caravan early next year and needed something more economical than I had (2.6 V6 Vectra) to pull it. However, after doing some 'reserch' on youtube, off roading seems like good fun! So, I was wondering if anyone lives in Lincolnshire and if so do you know anywhere to 'go for a drive'? Also, are any modifications needed to go off road?

i`ve been with the lincs section for a number of years and enjoyed a lot of green lanning with the boys the last one we did was a week end doing pedders way 31 lanes 11 fords unfortunatly no hills this is lincolnshire after all

Errr no sorry but i`ll ring Pat tomorrow and find out i`ll let you know, He dosnt like using computers thats why you`ll never see a post from him on this site although he does come on and read some posts
If the past is anything to go by then there will only be 1 more meet and a bit of green lanning before Crimbo

Next meeting was going to be this Saturday, but it's been put back for a bit (according to the message I got from my wife: I need to phone Pat and arrange another date).

I usually post the dates for the next meeting in the Lincolnshire topic of the Regional Talk section on Pats behalf. Pat also sends an invitation by snail mail to all the Lincolnshire members.

BTW, I'm based in North Hykeham - but am often away on business (I'm in Turkey this week). If I'm available, wouldn't mind doing a few of the lanes again!

hi all this is the first time i have tried to put anything on the forum so i hope i am doingcorrectly have spoke to scotty and jb and the next green laning,pub meet will be on sunday 15th nov starting near caister and finishing around the market rasen area. should be starting about 1ish so laning untill dark.
