Pairs Meeting Called Off

just read on grasstrack.net tomorrows meeting has been canceled due to expecting a lot of rain in the morning.

Belated post, but as I was instrumental in getting a lot of the FGA riders together I was gutted that the meeting was called off.
The committee faced with an almost unraceable track on Sat when track buiding takes place decided wisely in view of inclement weather the meeting should be cancelled.
As you know it was in conjunction with the Stuart Mellish Memorial Shield and a lot of expense had gone on some superb trophy's.
I beleive the Pairs will be run next year and I hope both the FGA riders on 125's and the posse who are jumping up to 250's will enjoy what I hope to be an eagerly awaited rerun with a fine collection of class riders taking part.
Sorry I cannot join you for your annual end of season do.
