Dude I love all of the Total War's. Are you kidding me? Those games are so freaking amazing. Which one is your favorite Witchking? Mine is Medieval with Viking Invasion XP.

Is it worth it to get the Barbarian Invasion Expansion??? I've heard mixed thoughts about it...like it doesn't add much...is that true?

and ya man it adds alot of new things for exampel your infentry can swim and the graphix ar beter and well alot of other things
but dont choose rome because you get half the map but all the cities will rebel
when you end you first turn (gay)

OK sweet...perhaps I'll get the expansion in awhile and see what I can do...Right now I'm doing very well as the Scipii in the original version. I've sent about 2,000 soldiers to Africa and the stuff to the south to start my invasions there and then I have my main island very secure...about 3,200 soldiers there with 3 large cities and large stone walls on each. Then I have one large city (Capua I think) Up with the rest of Rome as my little foothold for when I want to take down the Senate. Speaking of the Senate...I am almost at full with popularity and have the 2nd highest position (not sure what that is). Unfortunately I have like 2/12 popularity with the people.

but im impressed whit the soulders, you got to get at least 1,000 more in Africa and 800 more at your main iland and did you distroy the house of julie because they will attack if you didnt

No....I haven't started attacking Rome yet...I'm just making sure to keep a nice presence on the whole of it so when I do or one of the other factions does I'll be ready to step in. As far as Africa goes...I realized it's going to be a long process because of all the stupid carthaginean places. I made the mistake of letting them expand and now they've sent some guys up into the southwest corner of europe....that's bad....So now I'm blockading about everything they have so that they can't send anything across the seas to get to my main territory, which is going very well...I just got a place that can train triarii so I'm definately beginning to get my defences up with some of those and whatever the next step infantry is from hastati. I'm still working on getting me some archery ranges so i can have a little more variety than equites, hastati, the next level infantry, and triarii, but it could be awhile...My cities if they were to be attacked would be impregnable unless they sent over 7,000 people to the entire island. Because anything less and I have 3 full cities of troops with high experience and decent weapons plus a fort full of guys in the middle of the island and possibly another fort when the time comes. All in all my campaign with the scipii is going very well...I've already won it with the brutii...Didn't attack Rome until they had served their purpose...Kill the Gauls...After that it was goodnight to the Senate, then the Julii and I left the scipii on their little island until almost the very end...Except I had already pretty much laid waste to their towns...I attacked them and destroyed as many buildings as possible then left...I'm so evil...

and i play the the Carthaginean's ok man they ant stupid (most of the time they are but moveing on) look have you takin Carthig yet? and if you havent man good luck, the blooking port thing is good but did you get the port to the east thyell send a surprize attack if you didnt. Also try get some triria youll ned the agenst the Carthaginean horsemen trust me i did the same thing it wasent pritty no spear men means death.

Yeah that was a pretty long post...but most of mine are...Anyways...I'm working on getting triarii and don't rush me on taking these places...I've only got like 6 settlements right now...I just have a pretty big army moving around...Right now I'm just working on taking Africa and holding my own in Italy...After I take half of Africa and get most of the carthaginean stuff out of the way I'll probably attack the other Romans. I would really prefer to wait until the brutii have pretty much completely pushed their front away from italy but that may not happen...As for the Julii, I might not even have to worry about killing them...They stupidly sent the bulk of their army up to the north and left some Gauls near the heart of Rome. If they don't come back soon the Julii and the Senate may be destroyed...Obviously however I'm going to go and make sure the senate isn't killed by the Gauls, but if the Gauls weaken them enough I'm going to pounce on the opportunity and finish the Senate myself...Rome is so nice to defend when you have spears and legionairre type infantry, plus of course some horses..... . Anyways I'm headed out for a while now so I won't be able to play too much tonight...ttyl everyone.

the gauls wont bet the senet theyll wken them and them you can attak but if you capture half of africa that will be usful but for the moment make some archers or try to make some good horsmen other then that just buld upyour deffences

Oh yeah...np about the warning thing...no idea why it was there in the first place but oh well...as for my capmaign, I really appreciate all the info you've given me so far...I'll bring back updates every once in awhile and then we'll see what you can give me so make sure you keep checking this forum.
