When Applying For A Dorm, You Must use this template.

Duelist Number (Upon joining the fourm, you will be give a 5 digit number upon joining, this is your Duelist Number Or ID Number):

Duelist Level (Also When joining the forum, as you know before u are put into a dorm u will be tested to decide what dorm ur qualify for after that duel the Person your dueling or The Duel Proctor will give u ur duelist level):
