Scuttleblaze and Lord Silverstripe entered the dining hall were many hares, young and old, were feasting ravenously. The badger lord sat down at one of the large tables and waited for the conversations to die down as he had something to announce.
Silverstripe
IC: "Good morning, friends. I have an assignment for the Long Patrol today. I need the shores outside the mountain to be patrolled this morning. Scan the seas. I've got one of those 'feelings' again."
There was a general murmur among all the hares in the room at this announcement, which, of course, was understandable.
Long Patrol Officer
IC: "Sah, we shall set off to patrol immediately after breakfast."
The badger lord smiled and nodded to the officer. The hares began to converse again, and the dining continued.

Silverstripe sat down, leaving a seat for Scuttleblaze. "So...what shall we have for breakfast this morning, Scuttleblaze?"

Scuttleblaze was successfully vacuuming his third helping off of his platter.
Scuttleblaze
IC: "Well, sah, we've got honey and oat scones, and various other pastries of all sorts. We've also got a jolly ole circle of cheese, if you want some, sah. Wot wot!"

Silverstripe licked his lips before chowing down. If there was going to be a fight with rats, he was going to have to eat as much as he could. Now matter how anxious he was.

Scuttleblaze noticed that Lord Silverstripe seemed to be a bit uneasy. He looked up from his fifth helping which had a mountain of cheese and pastries on it.
=Scuttleblaze=
IC: "I say, sah, you aren't still worried about the bally dream you had, are you? Wot wot?"
Meanwhile, the Long Patrol was finishing up and was getting ready to head outside to patrol the shores near the mountain.

Silverstripe nodded. "I heard a term once, 'There is nothing to be scared of, only to be understood'...that beast never had to deal with sea rats. Aye, Scuttleblaze, I'm worried."

Scuttleblaze looked up from his plate again.
=Scuttleblaze=
IC: "Well, sah, the Long Patrol is out... patrolin, wot. So we'll soon find out if there are any bally searats out there."
The young hare said, trying to re-assure the badger lord.
